The sewage system has been modified to make noise

It had happened for many times that the sewage system always makes noise at the time when I do something either very private or sensitive. This evening, it happened again. The sewage - the kitchen sink suddenly began to made noise, as if water would come up from the pipe of the lower floor, and it lasted for half minute.

It is not likely that this happened as a coincidence, it was made as a synchoronicity, because of the covert surveillance. The evil eyes are watching me all the time, both inside my own home or outside my home. This covert but gross violation of human rights are kept secret, and with plausible deniability. So I can't make a complaint, because other than the synchoronized harassment in the form of noise, I have no hard evidence.

Some perpetrators think they are authorized to do so, and they are immune from law or above the law. But they actually abused the law and public trust. I post the major incidents here just to expose their covert or hidden crime. I know my perpertrators so well, and they really deserve be behind the bars.

My computer display setting has been changed

My computer was invaded today!

Last night, I shut down my computer properly for sure. I didn't experience any abnormal computer issue at all. This afternoon, when I came back home from work, and turned on my computer, the display setting was changed to bigger fond. The whole desktop was distorted because the large font size.

The desktop display won't change by itself. Someone must have entered my home without my knowledge, and hacked into my computer and did all this.

New stalking incident today

Around 6:50 pm, I went out to do my regular walk-out. I locked my suite door, and pressed the elevator button, in a minute, the Elevator 2 (the one for moving) stopped at my floor. I walked in, and pressed the P2 button (level 2 parking lot) and then pressed Close button. The door was closed, but it didn't move down, instead it stayed there for a minute, and opened its door again.

I pressed the Close button again, it still didn't move, and kept opening the door. I tried a couple of time, it did the exact same thing, just refused to move down. I had to use the stairs to go down. But when I went down to the ground floor, this elevator was already down on the ground floor with its door open. Then it closed the door, and move down. I didn't take this elevator.

This means someone secretly watched elevator at that moment, and held it so as not to let it take me down. When I used stairs, this person let the elevator down to the ground floor and opened the door. I didn't take it, I took the other elevator to the P2 (level 2 parking lot) from the ground floor, and this time it was fine.

I live in a high rise apartment, and the Elevator 2 has always been used to do the harassment. What stupidity is this? My perps must have nothing to do in their lives.

Secret stalkers got into my car illegally

In the afternoon, March 30, 2010, I went to NAIT Registration office. I parked my car in the self paid parking lot, and put the parking ticket on the top counter at the driver side. But when I came back to my car, I noticed the parking ticket was moved to the right side -pessenger side. The car window was closed, and there was not air circulation inside the car. How the dell the ticket could be moved from left side to the right side? Some one had broken into my car, or they have the access into my car, and put the parking ticket there.

This was to tell me that the stalkers closely kept an eye on me no matter where I go. As the exact same thing happened last year in Calgary when I went there to renew my passport. That time, they got into my car, and bent my back mirror facing down the floor. When I came back to my car, and was ready to start the engine, I looked at the back mirror, and realized all I could see was the floor. Immediately, I realized my car was broken into by someone who had the access to my car, and did it for the purpose to covertly tell me they were watching me.

I don't believe those people are regular thieves, they are undercovered agents, and they believed they are doing this illegal activities for a legitimate reason. However, the fact is they are abusing their power and violated my Human Rights. They are criminals covered by uniform, and they are psychopathic freaks, a groug of cynical racists.

You will never know what these people can do with the cover of uniform.

The stalkers sabotaged my car's door lock again!

Sunday afternoon (Jan. 31, 2010), I went out shopping, stayed in the shopping center for about 2 hours. When I came out and walked back to my car, I couldn't open my car door at driver side with the key. I had to use the right side door. This was the second time the same door lock was sobotaged by someone secretly.

What a ugly person he/she must be, hided in the dark, and does this kind of theft deed. If it was a theft, the purpose must be stealing. However, obviously that was not the purpose. It was a psychopath, who is so dark inside, and even shamed of himself/herself. This kind of behaviour was meant to disturb the person they targeted, and created a false result to discredit the person they target to harass.

The point I want to make here is to tell the public that the perpetrators have been doing this hidden and evil deeds to harass me covertly for the purpose to disturb me, or drive me crazy since 2004. They haven't stopped the harassment after five years. If you read my previous posts, you will see the pattern of this evil behavior. Secracy has been used to deny everything they did, and make it impossible for me to bring the case to court.

I will write every harassment incident here to record and expose this underhanded, ugly, evil actions against me.

Stalkers, listen here, you will never be able to disturb me, instead you won't sleep well because God saw you, and one day you will be properly punished. We will see.

Fake road construction block the busy street

Looks like a construction vehicle stays in a very busy street intersection - 82 Ave /109 street in Edmonton, but seems not doing anything. Because of this vehicle, it blocks two lanes on that road (three lanes in total), which jams the traffic badly. Every morning, I go through that intersection, it took me about 10 minutes just to pass over that place. If it indeed work on some problem, that is fine. The public should deal with this, but the reality is we don't see any construction going on, and why the city let this vehicle block the street for over two month?

I talked to my co-worker about this, one of them joked that they do this just to piss off me. Ha Ha...

I think she is right, if not me, maybe they try to piss off someone who uses this road everyday. Other than this explanation, I can't think of why the city allows such unreasonable deed to be carried on, and nobody even care how much hardship this fake construction created for the public on daily basis.

A Taxi driver once complained exactly the same thing when I took his taxi. He basically believed the city deliberately create this fake road contruction site on the road to block the traffic, further to create frustration to the public.

People complain this because they don't see any real road contruction going on, only saw the meanless block. Is it true they just want to set block to create hardship to piss off someone they targeted?

I have a counter setup on my blog. It has been at the left bottom of this site. In 2008, someone sabotaged my blog, and deleted it. So I found another one, and continued to count the hits whoever visited my blog. Late in 2009, it was gone again, as you may see today, it was not there.

I will get another one setup some time this month. I deliberately write this not here just to record this incident. And I will see how long the next counter will last on my blog.

There are a few people who are so negative, and so dark in their heart.
I don't who they are, but the wall has ear, and the sky has eyes.

Be careful the evil stalkers, your behavior will come back to hunt you sooner or later.

For a long time, I decided to give up writing harassment log, however I think it is to my best interest to continue this effort, as the harassment activities increase while on the job, and in the apartment where I live.

The apartment where I live in has changed three managers over three years period of time. None of them treated me as an equal entity with other tenants. But they can't say in front of me because they knew it is a white lie. The lies about me in secracy is the weapon to taint my name. Stalking is used to deliver harm and to undermine my sanity. But I already knew the tactics they use, so the secret evil activities can never be successful in reaching their evil goal.

My apartment uses elevator to conduct part of their harassment. Tonight, the second time, they monitored me in the garage through stalkers or surveillance camera, and held the elevator, so the elevator didn't go up when I repeatedly pressed close button and my floor. This incident is clearly showed that someone control the elevator when I got in. I determined to make it go up. After three attempts, it finally was allowed to move up. For witness purpose, I told this story to one tenant in the apartment building. She acknowledge that wired things often happen in the apartment.

This is not the first time I had this. Last time it happened to me was over a month ago after I reported to the building manager that one guy harassed me in the garage. I seriously doubted that the property manager was part of the problem. And this has been the case for the last two property managers in this apartment. That guy blocked me from driving out of the garage by driving backwards towards and downwards towards me. He already driven out of the garage, but backed down towards me while seeing I was driving forwards. I pressed the horn to stop him, and then he ran away with up speed as if he was afraid that I would catch up with him. Really crazy activities by those evil stalkers.

My workplace kept using fire alarm drill to repeat this harassment. I was harassed by fire fighters, false fire alarms and sirens from law enforcement vehicle, not because I violated any law related to such nature, but because someone used evil lie to taint my name. Being on a new job for a little over three months, the fire drill execises had been done from three times (within two months), and then, company kept sending out email saying the sprinkler system, again related to fire needs to be maintained, and fire drill would go off when they do the repair. I never believed this lie, a covert psychologial operation meant to harass someone in its workforce.

I knew all this tricks since 2004, so nothing new to me. But it doesn't mean no harassment activities has ever done. But I will kept recording these wired, strange and desruptive activities as evidences.

Peace On Earth

Another new year is underway. Time went faster than I can realized.

Just came across John Lennon's video, so I got to know a little bit more of his life. But it also raised a question in my head: Why celebrities like John Lennon would be assessinated by a mentally ill person? John was famous for his activism anti-war civil movement - Peace on Earth.

Does this political activity bothered or annoyed a mentally ill person? Obviously this reasoning is ridicuous. So what was the truth behind this assessination?

Peace on Earth. Many peace loving people on this planet would continue to carry on his career and passion to make this world a better place to live.

New Year Resolution

Everyone heard this slogan before, I am so sure. But few of us really take it seriously and wholeheartedly.

After years of "War on Terror" propaganda by the system, what we have achieved, any more peace or more terror?

If government spent more money on advocating "PEACE ON EARTH", the outcome would be a lot better that what we have today.

Thus, being an ordinary citizen, a true peace believer, I promote "PEACE ON EARTH", and I hope every citizen from over the world start to promote this spirit, and influence the government leaders and officers the importance of the true meaning of PEACE. Peace can only be achieved by love and peaceful deeds, not by prejudice and hate propaganda.

Gang stalking methods include, but are not limited to, street theatre, in which targets of gang stalking are subjected in public to rudeness, loud speaking and personal references to themselves and their private activities by persons within the gang stalking conspiracy. Dangerous tailgating and headlight brighting while the targeted individual is followed when driving committed by the gang stalking conspirators. Theft and vandalism of the targeted individual’s property including that of their home(s) and vehicle(s) committed by members of the gang stalking conspiracy. Noise campaigns in which gang stalking conspirators and recruited neighbors use car honking, door slamming, light shining and other distractions to harass the gang stalking victim. Conspicuous surveillance and following both on foot and by vehicles used by the gang stalking conspirators against the targeted individual. Disruption and coercion used against employers of the individual targeted by gang stalking in order to get the targeted individual fired. Coercion used against targeted business owners involving threats to employees, theft of business property, and threats to customers, suppliers, and, others who deal with the targeted individual's business by members of the gang stalking conspiracy in an effort to destroy the targeted individual’s business. Electronic bugging used against a targeted individual, and, disruption or theft of their mail, phone-lines, e-mails, computers, internet, electricity, water service, and any other necessary service disruption against a targeted individual’s services by members of the gang stalking conspiracy. Targeting the individual’s friends, family and even children in order to harm the targeted individual and isolate them conducted by members of the gang stalking conspiracy. Psychological warfare conducted by members of the gang stalking conspiracy against the targeted individual to create phobias and to feed known phobias of the victim. Gang stalking victims have had their pets poisoned and otherwise harmed and killed. I request any and all FBI records on the above-stated gang stalking methods and any similar methods.

5. Any FBI records indicating the number of individuals targeted by gang stalking (i.e., gang stalking victims).

6. Any FBI records indicating the number of individuals involved in gang stalking groups nationwide.

7. Any FBI records indicating the status of members and/or recruits in the gang stalking groups including, but not limited to, local criminals, cops, firefighters, EMT workers, essential service workers (telephone, electricity, janitors), former victims recruited and any other group representing a statistical identifiable, portion/percentage of the gang stalking groups.

8. Any FBI records indicating the suicide, mental breakdown, or, other physical, mental, or, penal harm that befell any gang stalking victim as a result, or a believed result, of their being subjected to gang stalking and gang stalking methods.

Any FBI records indicating a concerted effort on the part of any federal, state or local authorities to keep gang stalking out of major media coverage and off certain websites such as Wikipedia, and, to otherwise control the flow of information related to gang stalking in any form or format by governmental authorities. Any FBI records indicating that the FBI and/or coordinating agencys have spread disinformation related to gang stalking through the press or internet for any reason.

10. Any FBI records indicating that publicly funded victim’s groups are being censored in any way regarding the information they receive and transmit to any party regarding gang stalking. Any FBI record indicating the use of federal funding as a tool to control the flow of information, directly or indirectly, regarding gang stalking

11. Any FBI records indicating the increase in frequency of gang stalking activity from 1990 to present.

Any FBI records indicating coercion or bribery being used by gang stalking groups to force or bribe neighbors, local businesses and others in the community of a targeted individual to participate in the gang stalking methods/activities directed against one or more targeted individuals within a community.

Any FBI records indicating the motives behind the stalking of individuals such as personal vendettas, family vendettas, whistle-blowing (corporate and government), employment disputes/lawsuits, political views, sexual orientation, interracial relationships, gay and lesbian relationships, HIV status, business disputes, marital disputes, monetary disputes, and any other similar motives for gang stalking.

14. Any FBI records indicating the funding of gang stalking groups including, but not limited to, narcotic and other racketeering funds, corporate funds, local business funds and government money (e.g. paid informants), monetary crimes by the gang stalkers, or, payment for surveillance or intelligence collected by gang stalking groups paid by racketeers made to the gang stalkers for services they rendered.

15. Any FBI records indicating the number of informants (paid and unpaid) under the control of federal, state and local law enforcement within these gang stalking groups. For instance, during the Civil Rights Era the FBI now acknowledges 20% of KKK members were informants.

16. Any FBI records relating to a List on which gang stalking victims are placed which initiates and/or maintains the gang stalking activities against them.

17. Any FBI records indicating a hierarchy within the gang stalking groups including a chain of command.

18. Any FBI record indicating that any person targeted and victimized by gang stalkers were subject to this activity across state lines as they lived and/or traveled in different states.

19. Any FBI records that pertain to the psychological profiles of gang stalking members, akin to the FBI’s psychological profiles on serial killers.

20. Any FBI records indicating the number of complaints made to the FBI or any other prosecutorial office and/or law enforcement authority complaining about gang stalkers from victims or anyone else.

21. Any FBI records indicating the internet traffic related to gang stalking including Google hits related to gang stalking and synonymous terms. Coincidence or attempts

At about 5:20 pm tonight, I was almost hit by a car when acrossing the street at a very small intersaction. It is in residence area, and the street has only one lane for each direction. the speed limit in this residence area is no more than 25 m/hour. While I was walking across the street at the pedestrain cross-walk, a car drove directly towards me as if it didn't see me at all. It was not so dark at the time, and a couple of cars in the opposite direction all stopped and waited for me to cross over. At about 5 meters away, I realized this car was not going to slow down, not even mention to stop, so I had to move backward in order to escape the accident. I was barely able to avoid it. If one second late, I would have been knocked down by this car.

I couldn't believe that the lady said she didn't see me at all after I stopped her. Her car's headlight was on, and this is mandatory requirement driving in Canada even in broad daylight time. And all other cars in the opposite direction stopped with headlights on and waiting at the intersection. If she didn't see me, she definitely saw the cars in front of her. The reason made me suspicious of her intent was she said she didn't see me, but there was another guy sitting beside her. Could it possible that both of them didn't see me?

I already had two occiasions of car incident a little over a year ago. It happened within six months. But I successfully avoided both. Before those incidents, I had over ten years driving history, and had never had such "coincidence" . Now within two years, I kept experiencing such danger. I can't help thinking that both previous incidents were likely staged accidents. This is the third time.

Before Year 2000, the gas price was 0.99 cents per gallon, now it costs three times more. Now the food price is going up as well dramatically. Think about it, what causes this price change? Is it because the population grows so fast or it is because the financial manipulation and control for the benefit of the few? Think about it, do your research and you will have an answer.

In recent years, scientists have learned how to locate, focus on, and lock into a person’s brain to manipulate that person’s thoughts, and thus his actions, by remote. Mind control assaults now loom as one of the main challenges of the 21st century. The targeted person often never discovers that he has become a mind control victim, and he ends up hurting others, taking his own life, or simply becoming another “Alzheimer” statistic.

I was first targeted by the Israelis in a South American country in 1978. At that time, the device that was used only allowed them to monitor my conversations and perhaps my movements.
Since that time, much more sophisticated high tech intelligence-gathering and mind control equipment and software have been developed. I believe that in the late 1980’s or early 1990’s, pro-Israeli elements in the FBI took over the surveillance from the original perpetrators. Still much later the FBI “farmed out” that responsibility to a local group, which either works with or enjoys the protection of local law enforcement.

Although I had been targeted for years, I did not discover it until December 11, 2005, when my assailants, or “handlers,” began talking to me through my brain. At the same time, my handlers started bombarding me with electrical-like jolts, strong vibrations, and other physical torture. I later learned that the physical electronic effects, although annoying and painful, were simply used to “soften” or “sensitize” or “pre-condition” me for the real objective – mind control.

At the time that I became aware of what was happening, I was sixty-eight years old and in perfect physical and mental health. I knew full well that I was not schizophrenic. On the very day that the electronic stalking and mind control (ESMC) activities went from covert to overt, I started recording a detailed journal in which I recount my experiences and my thoughts concerning that topic. The journal today comprises four volumes and over eight hundred pages of single spaced typescript. At the same time, I began researching the topic, and started communicating with many other victims. Almost invariably those victims had ignored signs of electronic stalking and did not know for a very long time that they had been targeted. That is one of the techniques that the stalkers use. Stalkers begin very slowly and gradually increase the intensity of the electronic and mind control effects.

This paper does not deal with the methods used to zero in on a person’s mind. There are many schools of thought on that subject. One popular theory states that victims are implanted with microchips. I have read of only one person who supposedly located microchips in his body, had them surgically removed, and then had them identified. My efforts to contact that individual failed. In my opinion, his claims have not been authenticated. We know, however, that many forms of microchips have been developed for the human body, all of them controlled by remote.

Another theory believes that voices can be recorded, transferred to a computer, and the computer then used to lock onto that person’s brain. Experiments show that that has indeed been done. Still another theory talks about small devices (nano-microchips) made so small that they can fit between molecules of water and other liquid and be injected into the body in shots and inoculations. Patents taken out by scientists describe that very procedure. Other theories include wiring in the ear that connects with the brain, pins that penetrate the skull, and some type of substance ingested in food or injected into the body. Impostors from the very groups that employ ESMC intentionally post misleading material on the internet. Even some of the web site managers may be deliberately spreading hoaxes. All that said, pick a theory.

We do not yet actually know how high-tech assailants capture a victim’s mind. Neither do we know what instrument or instruments are used in the process. Both are highly guarded secrets. The only fact that we know for certain about mind control is the symptoms, or how ESMC manifests itself to the victim. Targeted individuals are well aware of the capabilities of the assailants, but for those readers who may be reading about electronic stalking and mind control for the first time, here are some of them.

(1) Monitor movements. They not only know one’s vehicular movements but they can also view him and follow his movements on his property and even inside his house.

(2) Hear and record my conversations along with those with whom one talks. This can be done even in a moving vehicle. The harassers occasionally record and play back to the victim excerpts of some of those conversations in his brain.

(3) See through the victim’s eyes. One’s eyes are controlled by his brain; thus, by controlling the victim’s brain, the handlers can also see whatever the victim sees. They can also view the victim’s body whether it is clothed or not and zoom in on any part of the body. Not only that, but they can see body parts much like a cat scan views the body. Indeed, they may be using a cat scan machine hooked to a computer.

(4) Apply a variety of torture techniques to the body. Those include: (a) sending pain and a sensation of pin pricks in the eyes, shoulders, face, elbows, and other areas, (b) bombarding the body with electrical jolts and tremors, (c) zapping the head with laser-like rays that make a clicking/crackling sound, probably attempting to destroy brain cells (d) causing severe cramping, mainly in the legs, and numbness in the limbs from the base of the spinal column to the toes, (e) making one cough through scratching the inside of my throat and causing one to sneeze by tickling the inside of his nostrils and also his throat, (f) causing an erection by touching the inside of the urethra, (g) causing stomach aches, indigestion, and dizziness, (h) sodomizing one with some unknown force (perhaps directed sound waves, which cause a strong vibrations and can focus on a particular very small area), and (i) causing the sensation of crawling insects on the face and neck. Many of those effects may perhaps be accomplished through the use of silent sound and various PC software.

(5) Knock out and interfere with the function of battery-operated or electrical household items. In my case, the handlers have (a) changed radio stations, (b) caused halogen flashlights to blink, (c) caused the tiny lights in a fingerprint reader used for PC security to quiver, (d) disabled my printer, (e) caused interference in TV programs, (f) made Weedeaters stop functioning, and (g) burned out battery flashlights. All of this suggests that the pervs use directed sound beamed in by a radio frequency guided by the GPS.

(6) Transmit voices into the brain that only the victim can hear. At first, the handlers normally call the victims ugly names, then they begin to talk to the victim. The victim gradually learns that he can also talk to them. Finally, after a time, the two parties converse albeit in an acrimonious fashion. By choice I do not converse with the handlers; however, I do use that means of communication to ridicule, taunt, and deprecate them.

In addition to the voices, the stalkers’ also whisper. This is the most insidious form of communication, as the whispers can be reduced to tones so low in volume that the victim’s consciousness does not “hear” them; nevertheless, the target’s brain does indeed pick up the whispers. The victim is completely unaware of the whispers, which make them all the more dangerous. It took me years to “hear” those subconscious whisperings.
The subconscious whisperings take many forms:

(a) Giving victims commands. Due to the inaudible commands, victims misplace items, forget names, dates and events, make errors while calculating and writing, say things out of context while talking with others, act in ways that the victim ordinarily would not act, do things completely alien to their customs and beliefs, and sometimes commit suicide,.

(b) Making statements about the victims’ family members and friends intended to cause estrangement of relations between them and the victims and thus isolate the victim. In my case, the handlers continually mention my son, to whom I am very close, and my two sisters. I telepathically tell the handlers that they cannot damage my relationship with my son, that my love for him and his family is undying, eternal, and unconditional. The bastards even whisper my son’s name while attempting to cause an erection. Such is the evil nature of the ESMC assailants.
(c) Causing victims to think in negative terms about almost everybody and everything. Their device(s) cause absurd thoughts in victims. For example, I have an elderly first cousin whom I like but to whom I am not particularly close. We rarely visit. Yet, one day while thinking about calling her, the thought of being an heir of hers surged into my mind. My cousin has three children, several grandchildren, and even great-grandchildren. That negativity colors many of my normal thoughts. Their software also causes me to hear negative and suggestive words in place of ordinary words when I watch TV or listen to the radio.

(d) Introducing deviant sexual ideas and feelings that victims would dismiss and reject if they were conscious of them. The handlers continually emphasize incest, necrophilia, and other sordid sexual acts in their talking. I cared for my bedridden mother for eight months before she died; on one occasion, the perverts showed me a holographic picture of me climbing into bed with her just after she died.

(e) Creating in victims a lack of confidence in themselves by disparaging their capabilities and accentuating their faults. Whenever I do home improvement projects or assemble items, the perverts ridicule and taunt during the efforts, telling me that I’m doing it wrong. Indeed, they do their best through suggestions to my brain to cause me to do it wrong.

(f) Sending victims on wild goose chases. This has happened to me on various occasions, once, for example, when handlers sent telepathic thoughts about the owner of a defunct radio station in another city that I suspected may have been a clandestine site of the local operations center, and I actually went and located his house. On another occasion they convinced me that surveillance bugs were hidden throughout the house, and I took screws out of receptacles and other items. They also cause me problems in reading instructions and interpreting maps if I am traveling.

The ESMC assailants are also able to project voices and other sounds through objects near the victim, i.e., the TV, a PC, and other electrical devices and even into the open air near him. Their sounds can take the form of knocking on the walls, dogs barking, stacks of lumber falling, and birds cooing or singing. Some of those sounds might be heard by others if they were present; however, the stalkers are careful not to make the noises if there are visitors. I live alone, as many victims do, and my dog often barks at some of the noises that the stalkers project into the yard and pasture. One can buy computer programs that make those same sounds.

The stalkers can send their voices through a radio, even when it is turned off. They can also make you think that people at nearby tables in restaurants and other public places are talking about you by directing voices directly into your ears/brain (Directed sound again?) In applying their evil, the electronic stalkers make use of equipment that changes their voices to hide their identity. Voice changing programs are readily available on the internet for purchase. They can also record the voices of people with whom you talk and duplicate those same voices.

(7) READ A VICTIM’S THOUGHTS. There is irrefutable proof that many university, medical, and defense contractor scientists have developed microchips and other devices that operate with computer programs to achieve that capability. Scientists know that certain radio frequencies can pick up the frequency of the human brain.

In my case, the handlers’ equipment at first only picked up a few one- and two-syllable words of my thoughts. I heard them talking excitedly about picking up those fragmentary thoughts.

Later, however, the perverts upgraded either their equipment or their software, which allowed them to hear my complete thoughts. Moreover, they sometimes played those thoughts back to me in my own voice, with my own accent, and with my own pronunciations. Apparently those thoughts not only can be heard but can also be seen on their computer monitor, probably somewhat like the computerized captions for the hearing impaired on TV, and recorded. The most recent upgrade actually allows the pervs to read my thoughts two or three words BEFORE those same thoughts develop consciously in my brain. There is evidence that the handlers’ equipment and software can also see and record the very images that your thoughts see.

The mind reading capability not only gives stalkers access to everything in the victim’s mind but also provides them massive amounts of information about friends and family members of victims. The stalkers assiduously exploit this information 24/7. In my case, the stalkers constantly whisper the names of my son, two sisters, friends and acquaintances, and even people whom I do not really know but who might creep into my thoughts to gather information about those individuals. Knowing my thoughts also gives the stalkers my computer passwords (and thus control over my communications), information about my business matters, and previous knowledge of my actions and movements.

Of those capabilities, Number 6, the voices, and Number 7, mind reading, loom above the others in conquering the victim’s mind and spirit. In fact, hearing voices and having minds read sound so incredible that most victims do not report their electronic stalking and mind control assault to law enforcement. After all, if one hears voices and believes that people can read his thoughts, he must be crazy. And that is exactly what psychiatrists tell victims, that they suffer from dementia or paranoia-schizophrenia.

Why have electronic stalkers and mind control artists not been caught? They will be. It is only a matter of time, perhaps a short time. However, their evil has long gone undetected and unpunished because:

(a) They operate in total secrecy; therefore, their locations are unknown. The handlers probably take an oath of secrecy. Otherwise, one of the handlers tells a relative who tells a friend and soon the truth is out.

(b) They employ a method or methods of electronic harassment and mind control not yet fully understood. There are those researchers who believe that handlers use, in addition to microchips, other means to communicate with the victims’ brains. Whatever method is used, it will require some type of transmitter/receiver, although those instruments may function slightly differently.

(c) Their electronic stalking and mind control activities leaves little or no evidence. A part of the whole scheme is to operate in a manner that leaves no trace of evidence that could lead investigators to the perpetrators. The handlers count on victims not having tangible evidence to submit with their complaints of ESMC. Without proof of assault, of course, law enforcement has either the pretext not to investigate or finds little cause to investigate.

(d) Victims are reluctant to make complaints, as they have no proof of assault and cannot identity the assailants.

(e) Psychiatrists, doctors, and others in the medical community do not recognize the existence of ESMC. Indeed, if they acknowledge that patients who suffer ESMC are not paranoid schizophrenic, they then find themselves unable to treat those symptoms in the traditional psychiatric manner. Thus, they assume an ostrich stance.

(f) Law enforcement has been almost completely uncooperative.
Assault on the mind constitutes domestic terrorism; yet, the FBI and the entire intelligence and law enforcement community ignores that form of terrorism. In addition to committing terrorism, the criminals break dozens of other national, state, and local laws; yet, law enforcement refuses to intervene. Today tens of thousands, perhaps hundreds of thousands of victims suffer from electronic stalking and mind control. Many have filed reports with the FBI and local law enforcements concerning their attacks without seeing any action taken.

Does the FBI know about ESMC and how it works? A resounding yes. A journalist in a July 2008 Yahoo news article wrote about visiting Guantanamo and interviewing some of the detainees. One of them was Omar Khadr, an Islamic Canadian who was only fifteen years old when he was captured in Afghanistan in 2002 and brought there. Omar told the interviewer that he had lost both arms and both legs. He was perfectly physically sound. Interrogators and brain control experts from the CIA and other U. S. intelligence agencies had obviously taken control of his mind and had convinced him that he had no arms or legs.

The mind control handlers operate by remote. Thus, some type of instrument, or receiver/transmitter must be used to make contact with the victim’s brain. That radio may be a scanner, ham radio, or a clandestine radio station. Regardless of the type of radio, it must operate along a particular frequency, a frequency that can pick up the electromagnetic pulses of the human brain. That radio frequency must necessarily be blocked. If not, any listener could happen upon that frequency and hear the whisperings and other mind control operations of the handlers, blowing the entire operations. If it is indeed a blocked frequency, the local law enforcement, the FBI, and the FCAA have to know about and approve it. Since 9/11 the Federal Government has assiduously monitored all radio frequencies to prevent further terrorist attacks. It is an inescapable fact, then, that the Federal government has to know about electronic stalking and mind control.

I live in a rural area in Ouachita Parish (county) in north central Louisiana. In late 2006, not trusting the local authorities, I made a trip to the nearby city of Shreveport to seek out the FBI to make a complaint about the electronic stalking and mind control activities. I outlined verbally to one of the agents what was happening. I also gave the agent a CD with parts of my journal and my thoughts about those effects. In fairness to the agent, I must reveal that I also showed him several items from my house that my handlers had caused me to believe were bugged. Later, I realized that the “bugs” were simply part of the handlers’ mind control games. The agent asked only two questions: was I being blackmailed and was I homosexual? Naturally, I heard nothing else from that meeting. I visited that office a second time early in 2007 with the same result.

The refusal of the FBI to listen seriously to complainants and to investigate their claims indicts that agency. An electronic stalking victim whom I later met in person had also recurred to the FBI to complain. The agent to whom she made her complaint said with a grin, “makes you feel like you’ve got nowhere to turn, huh?” She stated that “He was quite aware of what I was experiencing.” That victim, a grandmother and a very soft spokened, almost timid person, had worked for a single company for thirty-five years and had retired. Like most victims, she lived alone. A policeman lived next door. The victim had no idea why she had been targeted.

For the sake of argument, let us consider that the FBI and local law enforcement just may be using electronic stalking and mind control to attempt to combat crime. If there is any element of truth in that conjecture, it is not supported by statistics. Crime continues to grow at an alarming rate. Moreover, our government is based on the principle of “due process of law” and justice for all, including drug smugglers, murderers, rapists, and others. An indictment of crime and a trial by jury are the cornerstones of our democracy. When law enforcement becomes the judge, jury, and executioner by using covert electronic torture on targets, they trample on those democratic principles.

I searched the internet for statistics concerning the categories of FBI investigations. The FBI has about 60 field offices and over 12,000 agents. It has divisions whose agents and clerical assistants continually investigate and surf the web for information on high-tech crimes. The internet is literally full of references to electronic stalking and mind control. Yet, I did not find a single reference to the FBI’s having investigated a single case of electronic stalking and mind control activities.

The FBI continually monitors and even infiltrates known organizations that promote and engage in domestic terrorism. It is ridiculous to consider that the FBI does not know about high-tech harassment, the instruments used, and how the instruments work. Moreover, the FBI, Secret Service, NSA, and other agencies share the responsibility for the overall protection of the President, Vice President, cabinet members, Supreme Court justices, and Congresspersons. It is absurd to think that those intelligence agencies do not know about electronic stalking and mind control, how to prevent it, and, once it is found, how to neutralize it.

The subject of electronic stalking and mind control remains taboo. The media will not touch that topic. Only on the internet, where data is still largely uncontrolled by the power brokers, can one find information of ESMC. In performing my research, I found countless accounts by and about victims of ESMC, and I corresponded with scores of those targeted individuals. Most of those correspondents appeared to be regular people whom one would expect to live next door. Many of them had braved the stigma of being labeled schizophrenic to complain to the FBI and their local law enforcement. Not a single case had led to an investigation.

Like the FBI, local level law enforcement has also been non-responsive to victims. There may be several reasons for that.

(1) Local law enforcement knows little if anything about electronic stalking and neurological assault. Officers on the local level very seldom receive training in high-tech crimes involving the human body. If they have received training, that instruction probably covered only the electronic effects and did not address the mind control element. In addition, most law enforcement officers, as well as the general public, simply cannot comprehend how twenty-first century technology can be utilized to invade the human mind and affect the human body.

(2) Victims can normally produce no hard evidence concerning their complaints, let alone identify their assailants. This, of course, gives law enforcement little to work with in pursuing the assailants.

(3) Victims are very reluctant to make complaints concerning neurological attacks for fear that they will be considered crazy and treated as such. Indeed, psychiatrists and others have convinced the world that persons who complain of electronic stalking and mind control must be textbook cases of paranoid-schizophrenia. I remained silent for three years after I knew what was happening for that same reason. When I finally did brave the stigma of being labeled crazy to present my complaints, surely enough the investigative officers apparently thought that I was crazy.

(4) Authorities are reluctant to publicize information in the media concerning electronic and neurological attacks, as many citizens would become alarmed for their safety. The difficulty in enforcing laws making citizens safe from high tech assault causes law enforcement to maintain silence. The assailants are quite aware of the authorities’ dilemma, and they exploit that weakness.

(5) In some cases, law enforcement may even knowingly permit and sometimes even abet and actively participate in those stalking activities. If not, they may have very good ideas about people and groups that might engage in electronic stalking without pursuing those ideas. It is no secret that law enforcement officials in many places have “protected” certain criminal elements either for money or other benefits or out of sympathy for those groups.

My experience with local law enforcement has been at best disappointing. After several years of enduring electronic stalking and mind control without having proof of it, I finally found that proof. Here is what happened. I read on the internet a victim’s advice that aluminum foil could ameliorate some of the effects of the ESMC. Thus, I placed heavy foil over the three windows of my bedroom. At night I could hear what sounded like puffs of air hitting against the foil, sounding much like rain drops falling on large plant leaves. After several weeks, I walked into the bedroom in the day time without turning on the light, and I was astonished to see literally hundreds of holes in the foil. Those holes ranged from pin size to perhaps a forth of an inch diameter. The smaller holes seemed to be perfectly round; some of the larger holes were jagged.

I prepared a written complaint to submit to the sheriff’s office. Before I had time to print out the complaint, however, the stalkers, who have access to my computer, changed the date from January 14, 2008 to November 14, 2008 to make me look crazy. Fortunately, in scanning the report before I submitted it, I caught that alteration and changed the date by hand.

On that same day, I presented the written complaint of electronic stalking to the local sheriff’s office without mentioning the mind control element for obvious reasons. When the duty officer asked the nature of my complaint, I told him. He immediately, without blinking an eye, told me that the only way stalkers could bother me electronically was in touching me with something like a Tazer. Instead of telling him to eat s--t, as I was inclined to do, I kept quiet and insisted on talking with an investigative officer.

The duty officer’s remark, though impertinent and uninformed, was revealing. He had apparently been instructed by higher-ups to give that policy statement answer to anybody complaining of electronic harassment. That means that other citizens had previously complained about the same topic!

The duty officer assigned a junior parole officer who had recently begun working with the office to take my complaint. That officer promised to write up a report and pass my complaint to the investigative section. A few days later an investigative officer, with an assistant, did indeed arrive at my house. I showed them the holes. The officers asked no questions and made no comments. Nor did they request a sample of the foil for forensic examination. I never heard anything else from those deputies. Still more strangely, the lead detective who visited me later received a promotion from sergeant to lieutenant.

Once again, in February, 2008, I was harassed non-electronically by persons riding four-wheelers at one o’clock in the morning in front of my house and shouting. I live at the end of an obscure dirt lane with a field on one side and a pasture on the other side. When I presented the second written complaint, the sheriff’s office asked me to undergo a psychiatric evaluation, threatening to obtain a court order to force me to do so. Although I knew that they could not easily do that, I agreed to the evaluation but on my own terms. I later underwent the psychiatric evaluation as well as a good physical examination in another city. Both examinations proved me very fit. After my going to much trouble and expense in getting the examinations, the sheriff’s office has consistently refused my requests for meetings.

When I could not get a meeting with the sheriff’s office, on June 10, 2008 I sent a certified letter to the state attorney general’s office, asking that office to investigate the ESMC activities. I have both my mailing receipt as well as the initialed delivery confirmation from that office. I never heard from that office.

In my correspondence with other victims, I learned that in case after case they had asked for help from the FBI, state, and local law enforcement and had received none. Some of those victims even stated that policemen and other law officers later moved into houses and apartments near them. In all of my communication, I never found a victim whose case was investigated. In my case, although an investigator came to view the proof of ESMC, he never filed a report, obviously never investigated, and refused to meet with me afterward.

Let us review our seventh grade civics. On all three levels of government – national, state, and local – there are three branches, the executive, judiciary, and the legislative. The legislative branch passes the laws, the judiciary interprets them, and the executive enforces them. Law enforcement belongs to the executive branch on all three levels.

Most of the higher officials in the executive branch, including law enforcement on the state and local levels, are elected by the people. Thus, if law enforcement is indeed a part of the ESMC conspiracy, they are using public funding to harass private citizens. In other words, the taxpaying victims are not only unprotected by law enforcement but they are also helping to finance their own torture.

The stand-back, hands-off position of the FBI and local law enforcement is understandable only when one considers that they themselves may be involved in electronic assault and mind control activities. It is hard to imagine that the entire FBI and the entire staff at local police and sheriff offices might be involved in ESMC. It is much more likely that renegade elements in the FBI latched onto a highly secret neurological weapon and now share that process with selected renegade officers in local law enforcement. Ask yourself the following questions.

(01) Who would have the equipment to carry out electronic assault?
(02) Who would have the knowledge about how to use that equipment for ESMC?
(03) Who would have a ready opportunity to use the equipment?
(04) Who can communicate through a network that allows them national coverage?
(05) Who has the authority to investigate people and obtain their personnel files?
(06) Who has the financial resources required to buy the equipment, procure the handlers, train those people, and pay them for their services 24/7?
(07) Who has the technical expertise to train handlers in electronic stalking and mind control activities?
(08) Who has secure facilities where extra-legal records on the targets and information gathered on the targets can be kept?
(09) Who has the authority and funding to send hundreds of investigators into the field to conduct interviews with people who know the targets and record those interviews.
(10)) Who has the connections to pursue victims from city to city, state to state, and country to country as they seek to escape the effects of ESMC?
(11) Who can best start rumor campaigns and spread misinformation about the targets?
(12) Who can prevent investigations by law enforcement into complaints of ESMC?
(13) Who can encourage the medical and scientific communities to maintain silence on ESMC and psychiatrists to label victims paranoid-schizophrenic without looking further into the subject? (14) Who can summon the assistance of telephone companies, public utility companies, and internet providers in tapping phones and hacking computers of victims?
(15) Who can command the cooperation of the post office and the package delivery services into misdirecting and interfering otherwise with the victims’ correspondence?
(16) Who has the human resources to fill the internet with lies, misleading material, and deceptive information on electronic stalking and mind contro?
(17) Who has the equipment and the capability of tracking a person with his home or any other structure and pinpointing any place on that person’s body?
(18) Who has the means to intimidate neighbors into ostrazising a victim in his own neighborhood?
(19) Who has the power to direct the resources of the IRS, ATF, and other agencies on the targets?
(20) Who has the capability of gaining access to the targets financial records and credit reports? (21) Who has the clout to silence Congresspersons, especially the Committee Chairpersons, from ordering a national inquiry into widespread and increasing allegations of ESMC?
(22) Who has the capability to garner the cooperation of all ethnic groups against a target?
(23) Who can make certain that no ESMC complaint is submitted on local law enforcement’s monthly crime report?
(24) Who has the influence to keep any mention of ESMC out of local newspapers?
(25) Who has the authority to issue policy statements denying that electronic assault even exists?
(26) Who has unlimited human resources to do the work?
(27) Who can legally block out frequencies over the air?
(28) Who can subsidize the rent of policemen and other local law enforcement to rent an apartment or house next to yours?

If you answered “Law Enforcement” to all twenty-eight of those questions, you are correct.
Electronic stalking and mind control cannot exist without the knowledge of the FBI and other Federal intelligence gathering agencies. That hints of a vast and widespread conspiracy that must necessarily include local law enforcement. That conspiracy is secret, well organized, and thoroughly implemented. Many of the conspiracies are tied to influential groups and outwardly respectable organizations. Four main points stand out:

(1) Electronic stalking and mind control pervades the United States of America, targeting victims that represent the entire population make-up;

(2) Conspiracy and secrecy are key elements in those activities;

(3) Perpetrators of that electronic stalking and mind control conspiracy operate on national, state, and local levels;

(4) Many of those conspiracies operate under the protection of or with the acquiescence of law enforcement on all levels of government.

Electronic stalking can be carried out by many people and groups, using home-made or altered devices and equipment that can be easily purchased. However, mind control is quite another activity, which requires high-tech equipment, a great deal of organization, intensive training, utter secrecy, and the ability to operate from afar. Amateurs can carry out electronic stalking; only highly trained technicians can carry out mind control.

It is highly likely that the FBI and other national agencies in the intelligence community monopolize the means, equipment, and techniques of mind control. I believe that Federal operations centers scattered around the United States, perhaps at military bases and facilities, perform the actions required to take control of victims’ brains. They then “patch in” secondary, or local, handlers, perhaps by radio, to do the actual mind control work. Only the FBI and other Federal agencies that practice covert mind espionage could keep secret widespread mind control operations that include so many victims.

What can victims do to halt electronic stalking and mind control activities, apprehend the cowardly perverts who carry it out, and punish them and their accomplices?

(1) Record the handlers’ actions and your thoughts about them. Those thoughts will change over time as you learn increasingly more about your handlers. Their ESMC tactics will also change, becoming increasingly more complex as their go through their repertory of capabilities. It is very important for you to describe the perverts’ electronic and mind control actions accurately and to record in great detail the sensations that you feel and your reactions to those actions. Record the time that particular actions by the handlers occur. You may see a pattern in the timing. Their actions will normally occur in the evening while you sleep, as you present an immobile target for them. Keep a flashlight, watch, notepad, and pen underneath your pillow or nearby to record those actions.

(2) Be observant. Watch people, places, and objects carefully. Record your reactions when you see anything that looks even slightly odd. Be careful not to set yourself up for the handlers’ electronic and mind control activities. Usually ESMC leaves no evidence. The handlers, of course, count on your not having proof. Videotape anything that happens out of the ordinary: blinking lights, anomalies in your emails, etc. Record any unusual sounds: loud noises that occur in the house, etc.

(3) Remember precedents. Think back over previous events and actions. You had to have been targeted at some point in time. By recalling people and occasions, you will probably get a very good idea about when, by whom, and how you were targeted.

(4) Thwart the efforts of the handlers and defy them. As time goes on, you will see that certain actions on your part affect the capabilities of the handlers. Make their lives as miserable as they attempt to make yours by causing them to go to extra trouble to manipulate you. Stay alert. The handlers will attempt to make you do irrational things by whispering instructions and suggestions into your brains. Know this. Give much thought to your actions because of that.
Remember that one of the major objectives of the handlers is to make you look crazy.

(5) Submit written complaints to local law enforcement. Get the complete name of the officer to whom you submit your report. It is very important that the reports be presented in narrative so that YOU can word the complaint like you wish. Otherwise, the person with whom you are talking will write it the way HE/SHE wants to. Ask the officer to whom you submit your complaint to sign it. Others have done this and the officers have refused. If the officer refuses to sign, record that in your notes. Let him see you doing it.

(6) Contact your Representatives and Senators in writing. It is important that your correspondence be in writing (emails or letters), as their employees may include an accomplice “plant” who will not record and advise higher advisors of telephone calls. In addition, send copies of your letters to local and state officials, particularly the sheriff’s office and the attorney general’s office. Unless overwhelming pressure is laid on the backs of leadership, nothing will be done. Congresspersons, themselves being protected, are probably blithely unaware of electronic stalking and mind control and the possible involvement by national and local law enforcement. They cannot ignore thousands of letters of complaint. There is strength in numbers, and the number of victims is growing every day.

(7) Join with other victims in requesting investigations into ESMC by the U. N. Commission on Human Rights and other appropriate national and international organizations. Organizations such as the ACLU, Human Rights Watch, and other national organizations involved in human rights will not be helpful. ESMC is being carried out all over the world. The government on all levels in the United States of America has failed to protect its citizens. I used to be the type American whose eyes welled with tears whenever he heard the Star Spangled Banner. I was raised to revere the government. I no longer feel that loyalty to my government. My government has not only abandoned me but has very probably also targeted me and performed electronic and neurological torture on me.

In most cases your free will, your free choice of your way of life and even your private behavior is being monitored and controlled by such that if you behaved outside of the social 'conformity', you are being harassed by this network that consists of people from all walks of lives, such as police, fire fighters, rescue workers, and even taxi drivers, mail delivering men, waste management truck drivers, the landlords and etc. Their harassing activities are subtle and psychological in nature with plausible deniability, only the victims are fully aware of such hidden evil, however being denied the opportunity to complaint. This is a behavioral control program, a mind war imposed on the targeted individuals who are made not to be believed if they try to complaint about this harassment. This type of harassment is designed to undermine the victims sanity, and further to discredit them.

Mind control has thousands of years history. It existed ever since human history started. Pschoanalysis of the targeted individuals plays a role in the covert activity. That is why almost all the mind control victims are under covert surveillance. Your behavior 7/24 are under monitoring. Some victims would think their thoughts are being invaded and actually being read. Most victims are even aware they are under fake and illegal investigation because they were hinted by coded language or directed conversation. However, if you ask the question in open, they would completely deny the hidden meaning. This tactic is to create confusion, or to be exact, to turn your mind into a battle field, and create hypersensitive state in the mind of the victims. This tactic is enough to alter victims' perception of the reality, and make them look paranoid and crazy.

But if you can detect and resist to play with such mind control game , and expose their hidden agenda, eventually you will get out of the dark tunnel and see the bright day sky. Knowledge and experience is power. Empower yourself with years of personal observation, and careful response. Focus your attention to the big goal, and grasp any opportunity to disappoint the perps with their calculated setups. You will get out of the long and dark tunnel sooner or later.

Like a patient who had too many different kind of diseases, eventually he/she would become a doctor himself/herself. Every human life has a value, and has a meaning. You are the one to determine your destiny, not by the perpetrators. Live well and live out a true life meaning.

Prejudice and Victimization Goes Hand in Hand.

My Behavior and my words always experiences extra scrutiny, and it is often the case being interpreted in the wrong way. Even my good will, caring words and intention to help could be taken as potential "threats". I started to wonder what the hell had happened in this world? People seem not even have a reasonable judgment to tell the right and wrong. Or is it actually a victimization process that sets me off down the road to that direction?

Being abused for number of years, I feel lucky that I am still alive and healthy both physically and mentally. God gave me the strength to experience and survive the social injustice and psychological violence, and built me into a much stronger woman. But when I saw good people also treated me with prejudice, I feel deeply hurt, and hurt so bad ...

Prejudice often comes from deep misperception and defamation. Victimization follows as a result. The same trip repeats itself in my life over and over again for the past three years, and now in my new company that I've just joined for a couple of months seems to follow the suit.

A very strange phenomenon here I want to point out: people and society as a whole holds a negative attitude, and always trying to find fault to each other in it members. Notice or not, when good things being done, few people even want to mention them, however the majority always look for problems to blame. This world has changed, less and less love remains, but more and more bullying, nit-pickings and even victimization are seen everywhere.

I have been targeted for psychological torture for number of years now. Through my personal experience, I witness some negative aspects of human nature. Without life exposure to this dark side of society, people's vision is quite limited. Now I don't blame people too much for their pettiness and narrow-minded behavior, I will have to let it go calmly. This has become my survivial motto.

A casual conversation during lunch time could be picked on as an incident of "threat nature" made me totally speechless. Caring advice and reaching out to help are perceived as verbal assault nature. I am totally lost in this world.

Paranoia:

1. Paranoia is a powerful tool used by the NSA. It provides a means to develop the subject’s distrust of other people including the subject’s primary group that could provide positive support during this time of distress in the subject's life. Paranoia is often recognized and discounted as a character fault by most peoples in American society and therefore discredits the subject’s testimony even further. Uninformed, but well wishing people including friends, may recommend to the subject to pursue counseling. This negative feedback can make the subject fear that people will believe the subject iscrazy.

2. When the subject seeks professional counseling, the result will be a misdiagnosis with an expensive, inappropriate and ineffective treatment. The observed symptoms result from simply hypnosis, not biological, chemical, or environmental stresses. A misdiagnosis strongly motivates the subject not to communicate their experiences to others to avoid social disgrace of a "schizophrenia" label and additional financial burden. This isolation of the subject and their reluctance to communicate their experience to others reduces NSA security risk. The NSA cannot allow the subject to share information with other subjects that have already experienced the program and thereby starting a pool of information that could be compiled and used to expose the NSA system.

3. The subject is led to believe that the subject's neighbors, work associates and/or family are conspiring against the subject through a number of scripts delivered to the subject by the NSA. The NSA can further complicate the conspiracy delusion by using the same technology to have a work associate ask the subject a question or to make a comment that can be used by the NSA to confirm the subjects fears. This technique further isolates the subject from trusting their peer groups, causes additional emotional distress and hostility toward these people. The subject sometimes resorts to violent behavior, which is viewed by observers as irrational, unprovoked behavior that may be treated as criminal behavior by law enforcement personnel.

Stage 3 (Extreme Process):

1. This method is very severe and usually results in a two to five year program. Because of the severity of the suffering, the subject is usually permanently impaired for integration into normal mainstream life and is essentiallyi nstitutionalized. The result is that the subject must reside in a less competitive environment like a church group. Subjects that receive this program tend to be highly superstitious, are agitated easily when objective evidence that contradicts their belief system is presented. They tend to believe in the spiritual world (demons, ghosts, god, spiritual entities, etc) and consider the spiritual world to be more powerful and important than the material or real world. This program basically follows the following steps; REM deprivation, breakdown of self esteem and confidence, intense suffering, exaggerated conscience, spiritual contact, reborn in Jesus Christ, Spiritual battle, release (saved by the Savior), and recovering (blessed by Jesus Christ). Whenever possible the NSA will skip or reduce these steps to minimize security risk and financial cost.

Increasing Dependence on Drugs and Alcohol:

1. As the REM Deprivation increases the subject must depend on Central Nervous System (CNS) Stimulants to compensate for degradation of productivity at work, school, and in interpersonal relationships. This serves the NSA in several ways. Use of drugs (especially CNS stimulants) increases the subject's index of suggestibility. Or in other words, the post hypnotic commands are more effective and the subject has greater difficulty resisting the impulses generated by the commands. In addition, the increased stress of coping with the drugs in conjunction with the resisting the newly introduced post hypnotic commands serves to push the subject closer to an emotional breakdown. If the subject uses illegal drugs, the NSA tries to set the subject up for a conviction to get assure that the subject looses credibility. Who would believe a drug user that claimed that he/she was being harassed by a government agency that was tormenting them with hypnosis? It also serves the NSA in the program by documenting something that the subject will be ashamed of when the program reaches the exaggerated conscience stage.

2. Alcohol, sleeping pills and other medications also inhibit REM Stage sleep and increase irritability over time thereby further degrading and isolating the subject.

3. In summary, the NSA benefits from the subject responding to the REM Deprivation assault withself-medication. This response discredits the subject by labeling them in society as a drug user, it enhances the effect of the implanted post hypnotic commands and it gives the subject a reason for shame that will be used against the subject later to justify the punishment from "God". It should be noted that the subject is not really guilty of anything, except being a victim that was manipulated in a carefully controlled scientific behavior modification process.

Poor Nutrition:

The poor nutrition reduces the energy the subject has and serves later as another justification of God's punishment. The subject will be taught later that "the body is the temple" and that to abuse it is to violate God's will.

Apathy:

After the subject's self-esteem is broken down and continuing failure and persistent suffering start to dominate every day, the individual becomes apathetic as a defense mechanism. At this stage the subject has committed another sin of "not persevering through faith" which is later used on the subject later to increase a feeling of guilt.

Depression:

Depression precipitates as a result of chronic REM Sleep Deprivation, social isolation and a feeling of helplessness in the subject. Commonly, when the subject seeks professional counseling, they are misdiagnosed and treated for depression with medications but the root cause of the problem (negativere inforcing post hypnotic suggestions inflicted over long periods of time) is not treated or corrected.

Insecurity:

The subject starts to experience severe insecurity in this stage. The NSA uses this insecurity against the subject in several ways. Because of the impaired reasoning ability and emotional isolation, the subject is susceptible to the approaches of insincere people, which are used by the NSA to emotionally hurt the subject more. This allows the NSA to convince the subject that people can't be trusted and that only the NSA (Jesus) can be trusted. This serves to isolate the subject from supportive peer groups and makes the subject emotionally dependent on the NSA resulting in the NSA gaining more power in the subject's life.

Journals and Diaries:

Most of the subjects are directed to keep a "Journal" or diary by the NSA so that the subject can record and review feelings, events, observations, and"God’s directions" that normally would be unavailable due to short term memory loss during extended periods of REM Deprivation. The NSA uses the Subject’s Journals in a variety of ways.

Degrading Spelling and Grammatical Performance:

Subjects in these prolonged stages of REM deprivation, confusion, and emotional distress, have very poor grammar, spelling, and short attentionspans.

Slowed Speech:

Subjects experience slower speech and have a greater time articulating concise points as a result of the REM Deprivation and other performance degrading post hypnotic commands. Very slight alcohol consumption can exasperate the damage of REM Deprivation and precipitate slurred speech.

Confusion:

Confusion results from three primary sources; REM Deprivation, specific post hypnotic commands to reinforce the confusion, and the emotional damage and stress that is being inflicted. The confusion allows the NSA to continuously inflict damage to the subject's life without real-time observation. A confused person generally is not as productive as an organized clear thinker is and has a greater potential to offend people by what they say or do and is less likelyto recognize when they have made mistakes. All of these symptoms assist the NSA’s objectives in this stage and subsequent stages. In addition, the confusion restricts the individual from analyzing the source of their suffering and taking corrective actions, and therefore reduces the NSA's security risk.

Poor Concentration:

Difficulty concentrating impairs the subject's productivity and restrains the subject from making self-improvements and corrections in behavior. It makes it very difficult for the subject to do any research or reading to evaluatehis/her condition. This paves the way for the NSA to demonstrate that the subject cannot do anything on their own without "God", thereby increasing the frustration and anxiety of the subject (inducing emotional breakdown) and ultimately making the subject totally dependant on the will of God.

Loose Association and Personality Disorders:

The subject experiences disjointed thought at this stage (Loose Association) that appears to observers as a strange sense of humor or inappropriate responses when engaging in conversations. Ongoing sarcasm and other negative attitudes and undesirable personality traits can be present.

Anger:

The way that the subject experiences anger is of profound importance. If the subject allows the NSA to redirect the increasing anger and hostilities towardthe NSA to another person in the form of violence (misplaced aggression), the NSA will reinforce the violent behavior with post hypnotic commands. The result is a person that can achieve national acclaim as a murderer that heard voices of Satan directing him/her. Typically, the Subject is encouraged to commit acts of violence with spouses, friends, or employers resulting in further social isolation and increased shame. Some examples of NSA directed victims of misplaced aggression include recent US Postal Workers whom work within the Postal Service. This is one of the vial "communication intercept" channels the NSA is directed to monitor. The routes of suspect mail and the postal worker processing it are continuously monitored by NSA. Sometimes the NSA ODO takes issue with a Postal Worker and harasses them or subjects the postal worker to behavioral modification.

Delusions:

Delusions are used to discredit the witness and also provide an additional source for fear, intimidation and confusion. Delusions can be but are not limited to the Subject developing conspiracy theories of fellow employees and friends, beliefs that Angels or Demons are communicating or visiting them, tingling sensations from microwave guns or implants, beliefs in supernatural events, etc.

Audio Hallucinations:

1. Subjects often report hearing walls clicking, footsteps in the house, thesound of someone trying to open the door, drilling at the door, etc.

2. These audio hallucinations are also used to discredit the witness and also provide an additional source for paranoia, fear, and negative reinforcement.

Voices in the Subject's Mind:

The voices in the subject's mind are achieved in a variety of ways using real-time and prescheduled post hypnotic suggestion deliveries, and Noun Substitution implant techniques.

Noun Substitution Posthypnotic Implant:

The subject can have a post hypnotic suggestion implanted that changes the form of pronouns in the subject's internal thinking. The result is the subject perceives that someone is telling him/her to do something with nearly every thought. An example is; the subject thinks, "I should go to church today". With the noun substitution post hypnotic suggestion the subject experiences the following internal thought, "You should go to church today!" Notice that by implanting the post hypnotic command into the subject's subconscious mind to think the pronoun "You" instead of "I" the subject will perceive that they are being directed by a voice even though the majority of the internal thought content is their own naturally occurring thought. This subconscious implant can be used in combination with other implants to increase the subject's perception of threat, fear, and therefore paranoia. It can be used with other post hypnotic suggestion implants that will give the subject the perception of either a"good" or "evil" voice or spirit is directing him/her. This implant is powerful because it gives the subject the perception that the spirit, angel, God or Holy Spirit knows and directs the subject's every thought. It provides a convincing proof that "God knows every thought of his children". Subjects that don't havea superstitious frame of reference and seek professional help are usually misdiagnosed as schizophrenic.

Tinnitus (Ear Ringing):

Tinnitus is commonly reported by subjects harassed by the NSA and typicallyhas no pharmacological or biochemical basis and is produced by a post hypnotic suggestion. It is often misdiagnosed as ringing caused by excessive aspirin use and is actually an audio hallucination triggered by hypnosis.

Complete Quiet Silence:

Used by the NSA as a positive reinforcement for two general reasons; the subject has the tinnitus removed to indicate that the subject has "The Lord’s Peace Restored", and secondly, the subject has achieved a milestone toward being released by God (the NSA).

Quiet Wind:

The audio hallucination of a quiet wind is used to convince the subject that the Holy Spirit is visiting him/her. An excellent example of this hallucination combined with the fear that accompanies it is contained in Phil Collin’s lyrics of a song that has the chorus "I can get so scared, Listen to the wind".

Visual Hallucinations:

1. Visual hallucinations are usually implanted in the waking moments when a subject is coming out of sleep or is in a somnambulatory state (light sleep) preferably in a darkened room. The hallucinations are fleeting, usually lasting less than one minute and are not durable. Typical hallucinations reported by subjects are Angels, large spiders, and movement of various shadowy objects across the ceiling, bright spot of light ahead of the subject, etc.

2. The television show "Sightings" has had numerous reports of people seeing "Aliens"at waking moments. These types of news accounts create confusion in US societyand serve to keep people searching for the wrong phenomenon thus keeping the NSA's technology secure (disinformation).

Tactile, Olfactory hallucinations and Muscle Spasms:

Tactile hallucinations can be more durable and are used to communicate adesired direction to the subject typically after a real-time interrogation. Typical behavioral cues issued by the NSA are manifested in the form of:

1. Temporary sensation of pressure to the tip of the right index finger (symbolizing Faith or have Faith).
2. Temporary sensation of pressure to the tip of the left index finger (symbolizing no Faith or "deception of Satan").
3. Temporary sensation of pressure to the center of the right palm (symbolizing Jesus "Sitting at the right-hand of God").
4. Temporary sensation of pressure to the ball of the right foot (symbolizing "Get on the Ball" or "hurry-up").
5. Temporary sensation of pressure to the tip of the right foot big toe (symbolizing "Right Direction").

10. Temporary sensation of pressure to the left ear drum (symbolizing "do not listen").
11. Temporary sensation of pressure to the right ear drum (symbolizing "listen").
12. Aninvoluntary blink of the right or left eye (symbolizing: right eye = God’sagreement or left eye = Satan’s agreement).
13. Temporary tingling sensation on the Testicles (symbolizing insufficient male confidence or "Having no balls orstrength").
14. Temporary tingling on other areas of the body to imply that something invisible and/or supernatural is touching the subject. May be perceived as threatening or reassuring to the subject. Can be used to intimidate and confuse the subject often times combined with additional post hypnotic implants to inflict delusions like "being attacked with microwaves" or being caressed by Angels.
15. Muscular spasm or perceived pressures near the jugular vein on right side of neck (symbolizing Satan having subject by Jugular or throat). This is used to inflict fear and doubt.
16. Muscular spasms are sometimes used to inflict severe pain on the subject by causing extreme involuntary contraction of the sphincter in the anal region or other lower back or leg muscles.
17. Perceived odor sensation of a thick, sweet smell (symbolizing Satan’s sweet victory over the subject’s soul).

This section is written in an attempt to provide interested individuals with some of the considerations and precautions when seeking to demonstrate the NSA’s civil rights abuses by demonstrating the effectiveness and concepts of subliminal access using Subliminal Implanted Post hypnotic Suggestions and Scripts, using Acoustically Delivered and Phonetically Accelerated Post hypnotic Commands without Somnambulistic Preparation in the Subject.

Reverse engineering of the NSA’s technology to prove it’s abuses against the American people is quite difficult. Consider the following.

If the scientists and technicians perform their research in a facility that the NSA has the standard transceivers installed, and therefore the NSA can influence the direction of research or the data by effecting perceptual effects in the researchers. These perceptual effects can be confusion, lack of attention to important details, oversights, bad assumptions, incorrect interpretation of the test data. These same misperceptions will also be incorporated into the research test subjects. The technology cannot be developed and optimized if theNSA has any access to the test subjects. The test scripts given to the test subject delivered from the researcher can be neutralized by the NSA deliveringa canceling script immediately after the researcher’s script. The NSA’s test script can also include a hypnoamnesia script at the end to cancel any residual perception in the subject so that the test subject would report no effects and the researcher would conclude the test script had no effect.

The research must be carried out in a facility secured from all NSA electronic intrusion. All equipment in the facility must be TEMPEST protected and electrically isolated from the outside world. The research personnel and their subjects must never leave the secured area of the facility so that they cannot be subliminally interrogated by the NSA. The NSA would take this opportunity to deliver disinformation scripts to the subject or researcher. Foodstuffs and supplies would be the logical choice of NSA intrusion if all other security measures were effective against the NSA.

The NSA will exploit all opportunities to introduce microscopic transceivers into the facility of it’s surrounding grounds. The minimal requirements for the NSA to take control of the research are:
1. NSA audio delivery (a micro receiver with a micro speaker)
2. Visibility ofthe targets (researcher or test subject) to capture response labels during subliminal interrogations. This can be through normal illumination or infrared to see through window, or millimeter wave or other technologies that can see through barriers like walls and ceilings.
3. Audible response labels can be used if the NSA has a micro receiver with a micro speaker inside but cannot get at ransmitter in and operating without detection. Sneezes, coughs, clearing of throat that can be picked up by laser microphones, audible amplification microphones, etc. can also be used as response labels.
4. The NSA currently has satellites with millimeter wave technology that will allow visible intrusion into most facilities. The test facilities should be deep underground, AKA 1000 feet with no adjacent access from other facilities, sewer lines, water lines or power conduits etc.
5. Any facilities existing will have to be debugged before habitation and research begins.
6. Subjects must be able to be subjected to traditional hypnosis after facility habitation as a test prior to research to assure that the NSA has minimal scripts already implanted.
7. This technology is the highest level of intelligence gathering for the USA.The abuses resulting from mismanagement of this area of the NSA’s intelligence system must force Congress to legislate additional laws to protect the citizens. The NSA must regulate this system better. The NSA will take all necessary steps without limit to assure that this technology is preserved and autonomously under their control.
8. Conclusion: America’s greatest and highest level intelligence asset is being mismanaged and the mis-management must be corrected before all the Enemies of our great country acquire it. Imagine if China had this technology to use on their defenseless population?

If power corrupts, it corrupts absolutely

It is sad that law enforcement wears a lawful hat, so everything they do are taken for granted by the law bidding citizens. But if you know the truth, you will feel at what degree you are being betrayed by the so called law enforcement. And your tax money is being abused of a certain proportion to insitgate the socical injustice and psychological terror by those who wear uniform.

I would ask you to do your own research and pay a little attention to the law enforcement for what they do on daily basis, especially for the fire trucks. When they abuse their sirens and red flash light, it casts severe negative influence in citizen's mind. It polutes the harmonious environment, and peace of mind of the urban citizens. It disturbs the overall living condition of the city. It created tension and uncomfortable feeling. If you do observe them, most of the cases, their sirens and red flash lights are false alarm, and unnecessarily and over exaggerately used. However, the public would always think there would be some emergency. That's why we are foolishly betrayed by those unlawful law enforcement. I say this not because I am against them. I say this to save them, their credibility and their authoritative image because they put themselves on the opposite side of the general public. They ignored the law, and ignored the interest of the public. Their behavioral made them a terrible monster. It is a fact that a lot of complaints against fire trucks for their terrorizing stalking activities throughout the North America after 911 attack.

I speak this based on my personal experience. I have been targeted by those monsters for no legitimate reason. It is quite possible that they do this for fun. They don't have enough work to do, and go stalking people, and created street theatre to harass weman. I might be just one of the weman on their list. Don't think I am making nonsense here. I don't have time to do this. This is from years' observation of the fire trucks activities and their irrational behavior.

This afternoon at around 2:00 pm, while everybody was working in the office, the fire drill went off suddenly. There was no any fire condition in the building. Upon hearing the fire drill, everybody was required to get out of the building immediately. This is nothing new to me since every workplace that I worked had this happened. Every apartment where I lived had this happened. Coincidence is out of the question, this is a deliberate setup, meant to harass a person.

But the sad thing is good people do nothing to stop this illegal behavioral. Good people don't even question this illegal behavior. Not to question the bad behavior is to empower them. Many people don't understand the consequence of their silence. That's how police used teaser over and over again to harm innocent citizens without holding the accountability. Fire trucks continue to perform illegal stalking and psychological harassment without being exposed. The general public continue to be fooled and their tax money being abused.

Wake up, the law bidding citizens, if not for your own sake, for the sake of our next generation. Our constitutional rights have been stolen away from us, and if not stop this power corruption, we are heading to the police state, a total slavery by the new facists.

Great Game, Great spirits

NBA Champaign game comes to an end tonight. Boston Celtics won the game. To me, this is not about Boston, but about the excellent players like Ray Allen, Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnet.

Paul Pierce stays in Celtics for so long, and most of the years, they didn’t even get into playoff. However, he stays and worked so hard to strive for win. Today, he is rewarded.

Ray Allen has such consistent performance in the past years he played, and played every year with upmost efforts, today he is rewarded.

Kevin Garnet is such an outstanding player that few players can match, though never had luck to win the NBA Champaign for such a long time. Tonight he is rewarded. He can’t hold his emotion when the reporter interviewed him. I am also moved and almost into tears to see him let out his inner most feelings.

Their great performance brought incredible entertainment value to the audience for every minute they were in the floor, and their team work spirits moved every single soul who watched them. I can’t help thinking if our everyday life is operated the same way, this world would be much better off than what we really have now.

Whenever I saw beautiful things in this world, it reminded me of the horrible experience when I worked for my government employer. Those government gangsters are more like animals than human beings. They are senseless and heartless creatures. I can’t think of anything else than racists they really are. This is so called corporate culture. That ugly culture is gangster or mafia culture, nothing more and nothing less. The corrupted government can never bring good things to this world, but soft killing and moral corruption.

The life of a targeted individual

To be a targeted individual, some times life could be very interesting.

It happened so frequently that as I approached to the elevator in my apartment, the door would open automatically for me, but nobody was inside, and I haven't pressed the button yet.

When I mentioned that my office workstation name is xxxxx41, the next day, a police patrol car with a number 41 drove alongside with me. Coincidence? Hard to say.

I ordered furniture to be delivered to my home. In the afternoon that day when I expected a call from the delivery guy, my phone line became dead. I didn't get the call.

The delivery of the funiture didn't come till 9:45 pm in the evening, and the deliver guys refused to help put it up. However, the sales man promised to have all the things taken care of.

I have to deal with these six boxes of funiture all by myself. While I was assemble all the pieces together, I got three advertising phone calls within half hour. Coincidence? or Invasion of privacy.

The list would go on and on. But these were what happened within last week or so. I am under illegal surveillance, but have no way of knowing who are they, and why they want to make my life harder.

Stalking (covert surveillance) / eharassment

Covert surveillance always come together with harassment, even electronic harassment to serve its purpose. This purpose is to torture. I believe this is an ongoing experiment conducted on targeted individuals of various background, race and age groups in all over the world.

Back to work for a month, the sleep deprivation seems to be turned on to me again. In recent days, it is getting worse and worse. But I don't have anything to worry in my mind. I don't have the whole picture of this secret torture, but I can be sure it is some sort of electronic harassment that kept me awake.

PSYCHOPHYSICAL WEAPONS can also be used on the body until death ensues. Troublesome dissidents and politically committed people are murdered by the Secret Services. So as not to leave any trace of their presence, the Secret Services and criminal organizations in most cases carry out their experiments remotely. There exists a countless number of witnesses who are still alive and who could, at any time, give evidence of their radiation attack by these weapons.

Citizens who are being abused for such experiments, are discredited, they lose their jobs and are declared mentally ill. In many countries violent psychiatry is used to assist the criminals to ill-treat innocent citizens, often until death ensues.

After almost three years out of work, all of sudden I got a job offer. I felt like I hit the jackpot. Is it true? Or it is another "test" as I had too many times before. No matter what, it is another opportunity that allows me into my professional world.

This opportunity eventually happened to me after 18 times unsuccessful interviews. I couldn't imagine when I took it as another show that repeatedly staged on in the past three years, it turned out into a reality after all. I am so grateful for God who blessed me and saved me during the painful journey of my torment.

The fire truck continues to stalk me

Last Friday, I had an interview with a large company in the afternoon. I requested an early off since I worked in the afternoon.

At around 3:00 pm on the way to the interview site, suddenly a wailing of sirens was heard from behind, and I noticed there were two fire trucks screamed while driving along the road. As they passed over my car, one of them press honk long and loud. It was a very disturbing scene as if there was an emergency. To other people, they might think so, but to me, it was a false alarm for sure. I had too many of this occurances before, and I knew these fire trucks were actually stalking me, and harassing me by using sirens and flash lights.

Yesterday, I was arranged to have the second interview in the same company. I didn't see any fire truck on the road. I thought well, it might be just a coincidence to feel that fire trucks stalking me last Friday. I felt good about it, and I wish it was just a coincidence.

I arrived at the company 10 minutes earlier, and prepared to get ready to see the interviewers.
The same person that I met in last interview came out to see me, and led me into the interview room. But as soon as the interview started, I noticed outside in the parking lot, two fire trucks appeared. They parked right in front within the view that I could see clearly.

I could tell this was no coincidence at all. They were there on purpose to show me that I was being watched all the time, and they knew exactly where I am, thus, parked in the location directly within my view.

The similar situation happened repeatedly over the last three years, and it is no longer a strange scene that could distract me or annoy me anymore. However, they didn't change their perception of me a bit after three years of persistent harassment, and my factual proof that they were wrong. They blacklisted my name for good. They deliberately made me an enemy without any valid reason. But this is their choice, and their decision. Not mine.

I feel so sorry for those law enforcement agencies. They constantly abuse their power, and wasted tax payers' money to stage this sick psychological warfare. I, as an innocent citizen, have the responsibility to expose this covert psychotic warfare to this open society.

Secret Stalker got caught on my camera today

Yesterday evening, I heard someone buzzed my door bell, but I didn't have any appointment. I turned on my TV, and switched to the Channel to see who it was. I saw a black man standing in the door way waiting. I don't know this person, nor did he seem to be a mail man. I did nothing, but watched through the cable. He waited for a while, and left.

This afternoon, I went to shopping in Shoppers. At the checkout counter, while the shopping assistant went to get a ticket for me, a black man suddenly came to stand next to me (very close) as if he was going to check out, but he was supposed to wait in the line at the back. Then the shopping assistant came back shortly. This black man immediately walked away to the next cash register. I didn’t pay much attention to him even though I felt this guy was kind of wired.

I checked out within a minute and walked out of the store. To my surprise, he followed me out of the store as well. He used the same harassing behavior to draw my attention while he walked over me and quicky got into his car. Now I realized this guy was stalking me in the store. I took out my camera, and prepared to take a picture of this guy. He slowly drove out of the parking lot, but he had to wait for the road to be clear. I pointed my camera towards him. Of course, he realized what I was going to do, thus, he pulled down his hat to cover almost all his face. I captured him in my camera, but only to see he wears a back mask on his face. I can see his nose and mouth. His eyes were completely covered by his black mask.

I saw him in the store. I don't know this person at all. This is organized stalking, which has been going on for over three years.

Organized stalking continues, but with more secrecy

The organized stalking staged against me has been going on for over three years now, but it has no sign of stop apparently. Considering the scope and persisitence, it is in no way an individual or small group behavior, it is a state sponsored action. In my case, the police and other law enforcement agencies are secretly involved. This is a crime that covertly and collaberately commited by those agencies whose main purpose is to punish or to revenge based on racial attitude, prejudice and pervasive slandering campaing.

For those who never experienced gang stalking or organized stalking might not know what it exactly means. The organized stalking is aimed at undermining the targeted individual's mental health, creditbility and eliminating this indivdiual from the mainstream of the society.

Organized stalking is a highly criminal campaign. It is designed to destroy the targeted individual's life through covert and persistent harassment, malicioius slander, and psychological assaults. Gang stalking deprives the targeted individual of their basic constitutiona rights and destroys their freedom, setting a stage for the destruction of a person, socially, mental and physical, through a ceaseless assault that pervades all areas of a persons life.

A. False light invasion of privacy
B. Malicious slandering campaign to cause hatred against this indiviudal
C. Subtle but pervasive personal harassment in all areas of this person's life
D. Set up the targeted individual to induce suicide
E. Set up the targeted individual to violent act in order to incriminate themselves
F. Drive the targeted individual to insane for psychiatric lock up

My suffering indiced by organized stalking were outrageous at the beginning. The perpertrators turned my life nightmare. They tried to turn me into a phobia of this world. Basically they staged malicious harassment anywhere I have been to. They turned the city hositle to me for the purpose to drive me out of this place. I knew if I moved to any other place, the same thing is going to happen again because the perpetrators wouldn't stop executing their agenda.

Since I was targeted by this criminal group, my professional career has been damaged, and my personal life has been destroyed. I was terminated by my previous government employer without just cause. And they blackballed my name so that I couldn't find a professional job after two years. I am still unemployed due to the unlawful control, the control my my human rights, the control of my civil rights by these criminals. That is why they remain secret. This is the most dangerous and evil crime in this society.

Now, I had my the fourteenth job interviews within two years, but none of these employers offered me a job. This interview game will continue to go on, on and on....

Now the interviews become a psychological torture. It makes my confidence slowly go away, because the "hope" aslo became a torture, then what else left in this world? This is the crulest way that perpetrators perpetrate their crime, a psychological killser.

The New Year Resolution

I was so impressed to hear a new year resolution: "Don't make the same mistake that you made last year". It sounds so simple, but when you think it hard, it is quite philosophical. I decided to take this words as my 2008 resolution. But don't think it is easy to do, it is actually pretty hard.

Human beings are habitual animal. When a certain habit is established, it is not easy to change.
I often make mistake as a habit, but only to realize it afterwords. I still can change, but it just take some attention.

Since became a victim of gangstalking, I experience the changes from being a very shy person to a strong woman. However, I still make the same mistake. This year, I am so determined to make this change. Living a life is a process of changing for the better in all aspects of my life.

25 GOOD REASONS WHY PSYCHIATRY MUST BE ABOLISHED - by Don Weitz

1. Because psychiatrists frequently cause harm, permanent disabilities, death - death of the body-mind-spirit.

2. Because psychiatrists frequently violate the Hippocratic Oath which orders all physicians "First Do No Harm."

3. Because psychiatrists patronize and disempower people, especially their patients.

4. Because psychiatry is not a medical science.

5. Because psychiatry is quackery, a pseudo-science which lacks independent diagnostic tests, testable hypotheses, and cures for "schizophrenia" and all other types of alleged "mental illness" or "mental disorder".

6. Because psychiatrists can not accurately and reliably predict dangerousness, violence, or any other type of human behaviour, yet make such claims as "expert witnesses", and with the media promote the "dangerous mental patient" myth/stereotype.

7. Because psychiatrists have caused a worldwide epidemic of brain damage by promoting and prescribing brain-disabling treatments such as the neuroleptics, antidepressants, electroconvulsive brainwashing (electroshock), and psychosurgery (lobotomy).

8. Because psychiatrists manufacture hundreds of "mental disorders" classified in its bible called "Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders" (a modern witch-hunting manual); such "mental disorders" and "symptoms" are in fact negative, class-and-culturally-biased moral judgments for dissident ways of coping with personal problems and alternative ways of perceiving, interpreting or being in the world.

9. Because psychiatrists, blinded by their medical model bias, fraudulently pathologize and label people's serious life or existential crises as "symptoms" of "mental illness" or "mental disorder" such as "schizophrenia","bipolar affective disorder", and "personality disorder".

10. Because psychiatrists compound this fraud by falsely claiming, without scientific proof, that these "mental disorders" are caused by a "biochemical imbalance" in the brain, genetic factors or "genetic predispositions", despite the fact that there are no genetic factors in "mental illness".

11. Because psychiatrists frequently misinform their patients, families and the public by claiming that brain-disabling procedures such as the neurotoxins (e.g.,"antipsychotic medication" and "antidepressasnts"), electroconvulsive brainwashing (electroconvulsive therapy/"ECT"), psychosurgery (lobotomy) and other behaviour modification-mind control procedures are "safe, effective and lifesaving". The exact opposite is tragically true.

12. Because psychiatrists routinely deceive or lie to patients, prisoners, their families, and the public.

13. Because psychiatrists routinely and willfully violate the medical-ethical principle of "informed consent" by misinforming or not informing their patients about the numerous toxic, disabling and frequently permanent effects of the neuroleptics such as memory loss, tardive dyskinesia, tardive psychosis, parkinsonism, dementia (all signs of brain damage), and death.

14. Because psychiatrists routinely threaten, intimidate or coerce many patients - particularly women, children, the elderly, and prisoners - into consenting to health-threatening/brain-damaging "treatment" such as the antidepressants, neuroleptics, electroconvulsive brainwashing, and hi-risk experiments.

15. Because psychiatrists frequently fail to fully inform psychiatric inmates and prisoners about existing safe and humane, non-medical alternatives in the community such as survivor-controlled crisis centres, drop-ins, self-help or advocacy groups, diet, massage, wholistic medicine, affordable supportive housing, and jobs.

16. Because psychiatrists are sexist in frequently stereotyping women in crisis as "hysterical" or "over-emotional", blaming women whenever they voice real complaints and assertively express their feelings and emotions, prescribing massive doses of tranquilizers and antidrepressants to disproportionately large numbers of women, and in sexually assaulting women in their offices and institutions.

17. Because psychiatrists, particularly white male psychiatrists, are homophobic - the American Psychiatric Association (APA) once labelled homosexuality as a "mental illness" or "mental disorder" - and have used forced electroshock on lesbians, trying to coerce them into adopting a heterosexual life style.

18. Because psychiatrists are ageist in prescribing tranquilizers, antidepressants ("medication") and electroconvulsive brainwashing for disproportionately large numbers of elderly people - a form of elder abuse.

19. Because psychiatrists are racist in disproportionately incarcerating and drugging people of African descent, aboringal people, other people of colour and labelling them "psychotic" or "schizophrenic".

20. Because psychiatrists routinely violate people's civil rights, human rights and constitutional rights such as imprisoning innocent people without court trial or public hearing ("involuntary commitment"), and subjecting them to cruel and unusual punishments or tortures such as forced drugging, electroconvulsive brainwashing, psychosurgery, solitary confinement, "chemical restraints", and 4-point or 5-point restraints.

21. Because psychiatrists masterminded the mass murder of hundreds of thousands of vulnerable people including disabled children, the elderly and psychiatric patients during The Holocaust in Nazi Germany, and "selected" hundreds of thousands of concentration camp prisoners for death ("T-4 euthanasia" program) - historical facts still missing in psychiatric textbooks and histories.

22. Because psychiatrists have willingly participated in and administered mind-control experiments in the United States and Canada since the early 1950s - its chief targets have been poor patients, women, dissidents and prisoners.

23. Because psychiatry, particularly institutional-biological psychiatry, is based on the 3 Fs: Fear, Fraud,and Force.

24. Because psychiatry is a form of social control or punishment - not treatment.

25. Because psychiatry, particularly institutional-biological psychiatry, is fascist - a direct threat to democracy, human rights and life.

Policeman followed me and hit me from behind

After work I drove on the way towards home. As usual, I would see a police car driving either in front of me, or behind me. Tonight a police car appeared in my view, and it quickly drove pass over me in the middle lane, which is the lane I usually take. I habitually changed to the middle lane and found myself driving right after a police car. Feeling not sure how long I had to drive behind a police car, I decided to change to the left lane which would lead to a left turn in the next traffic light. But after I changed back to the left lane, this police car immediately slowed down his speed, and he fell behind me within several seconds, and then changed to the left lane right behind me. At this point, I can be sure he was actually watching me on the road. I had this feeling for a long time, but still don't have enough evidence to prove it.

There is still some distance before the next traffic light, and I immediately made a decision to change back to the right lane again, thinking if this police car also would change lane again, it would be a clear evidence that he was in no doubt following me. To my surprise, he did. But at this point, the traffic light turned yellow, by the time when I approached to the light, there was not enough time for me to run over, in addition, a police car was behind me. He could accuse me of running a red light, and I would get a ticket. I stopped my car right before the intersection, and felt within a second that my car was hit by this policeman. An accident thus happened.

I asked this police why he followed me, he said my auunal registration was expired. I think this is a pretext for his behavior tonight. They knew my annual registration has been expired for long, but never stopped me. Now this policeman used this excuse to cover up his true intention. I asked him why he didn't stop me when he knew that my registration was expired. He couldn't give me a logical explanation. However, he didn't explain the true reason that he was following me either.

For the last three years, I have been harassed by police, EMS and even fire figher trucks by the sirens and showing up their presence to my face. This is actually a psychological warfare. The effect is to either intimidate their target, or to seduce the target to do something similar of this destructive nature. If a target is being reminded of such criminal behavior every time he or she walks out their home, this equals a secret hypnosis message that tells the target to commit crime, or irritate the target into violence. This behavior is to invite the targets to do bad things of this nature.

This is mind control game. I have done lots of research in this area, and I understand what police can do. Don't be fooled by the uniforms, and the watchers are also human. A lot of policemen are just doing what their bosses asked them to do. If their boss was a criminal, then the whole team is there to help the crooked boss to commit covert crime.

Strange things happened so much that could be hardly explained as coincidence

I was arranged to work for Sunday dinner this week. It was a very slow night, and at around 8:00 pm, the whole restaurant was empty. The other server went on her break, and I was the only one on the floor. While I was doing some side work, the television CNN news program suddenly got interrupted by strange random broadcasting message for less than a minute. And the voice suddenly became so loud that really caught my attention. Usually the sound volume was set pretty low in order not to disturb the guests' activities. But this sudden change of the program changed the volume as well. I didn't pay attention to what it was really about, but the sound volume drew my attention and I had to walk over and turned down the volume. At this time, I saw the TV screen only showed a simple picture, and heard the voice said: "Edmonton center... Edmonton center...". I didn't realize what was going on on TV, but felt quite bizarre as this was not an advertisement program, and what was the purpose to broadcast such a strange message.

As a victim of organized stalking, it is very easy for me to understand why this happened. As a matter of fact, Cable TV can be used as a monitoring system, and the victims of gang stalking being watched through TV cable is a non-disputable reality.

This is not enough. As a server, I have been constantly bullied by some of my guests. Usually they would say something strange or mentioned something that happened in my life. It was also the often case that they don't tip me properly as they do to other servers. This evening was not an exception. I had only two tables for the whole night because Monday is a holiday - Canadian Thanksgiving Day. Both tables did the same strange thing. On each table, there are a pair of seasoning - salt and pepper bottle. And at the beginning of the dinner, I setup the candle light for each table, and I specifically checked if the salt and pepper was in place. They were all in pair on all tables. But when my guests left, and by the time when I started to clean my tables, they all missed one. How could this happen if it was not done on purpose?

Harassment of such subtle nature happened almost on daily basis, which, though, not so destructive, left a strange feelings for the victims for a prolonged period of time. The destructive nature of this gang-stalking is to shadow victims psychologically, and to disorient victims into delusional. This is the purpose the perpetrators want to attain. As soon as the victims mention such strange things happen in their lives, the general public would think this person has mental problem, but they never know the reality that perpetrators did secret dirty work on daily basis to a specific person for the purpose to discredit him/her. That's why strange things only happen to a targeted person, and the rest of the world remains totally unaware.

The secret destructive group stalkers continue to do underhanded dirty work

The following harassing incident happened on Sept. 21, 2007 (Friday)

Early in the morning I went to work. As soon as I got out of P2 elevator, I heard someone was approaching to the electrical garage door, as I heard the noise of the garage door as it opened. Then I walked to my car, and started my car and slowly drove towards to the EXIT door. However, the garage door was still open when I drove towards it, and I saw a red van staying near the gate without doing anything. This was a stalking incident. This red van was waiting for me to show up. When the driver saw me driving towards to the EXIT door, it started to move forward into the driveway. I thought it would continue to drive out as expected, but it stopped right there at the driveway and blocked me from driving forward. At this moment, I was at the midpoint of the slope, and I had no choice but to stop in order to avoid hitting this red van. However, it is almost a 30 degree slope and it is very dangerous to stop at the midpoint of the upward slope drive way. I stepped on brake very hard to secure my car to stop there safely, and waited for it to go away. This van stopped there for a few seconds, and started to move forward very slowly. Then I was able to drive forward, but only to find it very dangerous to take my foot off the brake.

I thought this red van did enough and it would drive away after his first evil intention, but he did the same thing again when he drove out of the garage gate, and stopped for the second time in a row to block me at the second slope outside the garage door. I had to press the horn to warn him. The second slope is not as bad as the first one, but the perpetrator showed his deliberate intention to hurt me. And he did it on purpose.

The perpetrator carefully designed to block me at the halfway of the upward slope in the driveway in order to cause fear. This was done on purpose to affect my emotion early in the morning before I started my work. They have been using the same tactics to disturb my peaceful life, and to provoke problems in my work over and over again in the past three years. They haven’t stopped yet.

Elevator has been used to perform harassment activities

My perpetrators have been using noise campaign to harass me for over two years. I kept making complaint against this noise harassment, and it finally stopped. But new harassment method has been used to continue the malicious motive.

In the years of 2005 and 2006, I was under intensive group organized stalking. I remembered my perpetrators liked to use elevator to perform malicious harassment. This behavior was extremely evil, because it could create fear and intimidation in the once's mind.

At around 6:00 pm in Aug. 15, 2006, the perpetrators specifically set me up to be trapped in the elevator for an hour. As I walked in the elevator and closed the door, the elevator began to jump like earthquake happening. I felt terrified inside it because I was the only person in the elevator, and I didn't know what was going to happen next. After jumping a couple of times, the elevator started to move up, however, it stopped at between 2nd and third floor, and stuck at the middle of the floor.

I tried very hard and I was able to open the elevator door, but only to find that it was to high to jump off to the second floor. In addition, I couldn't predict what this elevator would do. It was a even risk to try to jump out. But strange enough, I rang the bell for 10 minutes, and nobody even came out and took a look at what happened. But I heard a lady responded to me from her home, and didn't come out until the perperty management came to rescue.

The perperty management told me that they couldn't do anything about it. They phoned the central elevator operation personnel, and I was released by him after being trapped in the elevator for an hour. This was to create phobia, and it did have some negative influence on me for a while. I wasn't sure if it would do it again to me because I knew this was a deliberate action.
My perpetrators always prepare a cover up to their intentional criminal behavior. They sometimes made this happen to other people occasionally just to prove that it didn't happen to me only. Then I have no reason to say that this behavior was meant only to me.

Since last week, this "elevator harassing game" started all over again. My parking space is located at Parking Lot Level 2 (called P2), and since last week, when I took Elevator 2 to my apartment, it did strange thing again. Elevator 2 was always the one to come down first. When it comes down to the P2, the elevator light went off, and the door opened. I walked in Elevator 2, and pressed the button to my floor, and tried to close the door, but it failed to do anything. It just stayed there and refused to close the door. I tried again and again, but in vain.

I had to step out, and used Elevator 1, which worked fine. But when I got off Elevator 1 at my floor, I saw Elevator 2 already stopped there with its door open. And this happened repeatedly since last week. This was a controlled behavior. This elevator was used by secret stalkers behind scene to take this malicious action to harass me, and to try to plant fear, intimidation and anxiety in my mind.

This type of subtle harassment could undermind a person's mental health if the person is completely unaware of the mind control game. For me, it won't work any more, as I am fully aware what they were trying to do to me, and the pattern they used to perform harassment.

Here I want to use this blog to increase the knowledge and awareness of this criminal group's activities. They are destructive cults. All they do is to harm innocent people and their purpose is destructive and extremely evil.

Criminal harassment - sabotage my computer

A month ago, because of my ISP dial-up serive gave me a lot of connection speed problem, I had to make the decision to switch to ADSL. I signed up on July 23, 2007. Everything was fine till a week ago when suddenly I couldn't load the web page. I called the technical support, and was told not to use the firewall. The firewall was the reason that block the data tranfering properly. But I have been using this fire wall for a month without any issues since I switched my Internet Service. Now I began to have problem with it after a month.

Then I shut down the firewall, and it seems to be OK. Then on Aug. 31, 2007 my computer stopped function completely. I couldn't open the Internet Browser. I couldn't open Windows Explorer, My Document, My Computer, and even Control Panel. Basically any tools that give me the avenue to troubleshooting the problems were disabled.

What caused such problem? I started to use computer since 1995, and haven't experienced the problem like this. Strange things happened all the time since 2004, endlessly one after another. But this problem was quite unusual. I couldn't uninstall or reinstall any programs because it wouldn't allow me to go into the Control Panel. Strange enough? I knew all these problems were caused by misterious hackers, as I didn't change any configuration to my computer. This hacker is very experienced, and knows how to create problem and frustrate me.

It took me three days to get over this problem. This hacker has control over my computer at any moment. Tonight, it showed up its "magic power" again, but it didn't break my computer, only to give me some inconvenience.

Cyberstalking is a crime. What they did is a modern crime. Only because I am a private person, and have no device to catch the hacker right on the spot, thus they do this without any concern. I want the public know that this criminal behavior happened to me all these years - physical stalking, and cyberstalking, invasion of privacy and sabotage my life and work enviornment. They isolated me because they don't want me to have any witnesses. But they haven't shut me up completely yet.

Criminal stalkers often use elevator to conduct their harassment

The whole day I stayed at home. At around 5:00 pm, I went out to run an errant. When I came back to my apartment building, I saw Elevator 2 was already at the ground floor with the door open. I pressed the elevator button any way, and went in Elevator 2. But it didn’t move up and even refused to close the door. I pressed the button of my floor and tried to close the door again, it still didn’t do anything.

Then, I went out of the Elevator 2, and waited for the Elevator 1 to come down. Then I took the Elevator 1 to my floor. When I walked out of Elevator 1, I saw Elevator 2 also stopped at my floor almost at the same time and opened its door automatically with nobody in it.

This is stalking incident even though nobody physically was around. But by manipulating the elevator to do this strange thing, it reminds me that someone was hiding somewhere and observing my activities and my whereabouts. This is a covert operation, and was meant to harass me.

I don’t feel bothered by them, but feel how ridiculous they are to spend such a big effort just want to observe a person without any personal gain. This place is insane.

The following is some information about "Rights", and they are only a summary, and in general term. If you are being stalked by gangsters or intelligent agencies and suffering from covert surveillance and other invasion of privacy, you should know your rights and protect yourself. Knowledge is your power, and power is from knowledge.

The federal Security and Intelligence Service is usually a government agency. The purpose of the security and intelligence service is to collect information about the "threats to the security of the country" and report it to the government. They can also provide this information to the police and to foreign states. But they are not police. They do not have the same powers as the police. They only have the power to intercept communications (i.e. wiretap) and seize documents or records with a valid warrant. They do not have the power to:

1. ask you who you are, question you or compel you to speak;
2. stop you or search you;
3. charge you or arrest you;
4. enter or search your home;
5. detain you or deport you.

When they come to you, you do not have to answer their questions. In Canada, CSIS may come to your home or workplace unannounced – they do not have the legal right to do this. That is why it is important for you to know and assert your rights. By Law you have the equal protection – DO NOT BE AFRAID TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS.

Remember Your Rights:

You have the right to remain silent
You have the right to refuse them entry into you home or workplace
(If they insists on speaking with you or coming into your home or workplace, you have the right to call police for assistance.)
You have the right to ask them to leave
You have the right to ask to see the warrant if they claim they have one
(The warrant must specifically describe the date, the place to be searched, the time and the things to be seized.)
You have the right to tell them that you do not consent to the search
(They can only seize what is authorized by the warrant.)
You have the right to observe and monitor their activities if they has a warrant.
(You do not have to assist them or answer their questions during the execution of the warrant. A warrant for seizure does not give CSIS the right to question you. You have the right to say nothing during the seizure.)

I am a victim of organized stalking and covert surveillance by local extreme group and intelligence agency here in Canada. They constantly entered in my home and invade my privacy due to the malicious slander. It has been going on for three years now. My life and my career has been sabotaged to the point that I have to deal with the malicious harassment inflicted by them on daily basis. I am deprived of the employment opportunity of my profession as computer professional, and was only allowed to do some low pay job to keep both ends meet. All those unlawful activities were done with plausible deniability.

Government security agency sometimes can carry things too far because of negligence. It takes time for you to prove your innocence. Unfortunately you have to suffer some damage because of all this. In your down time, don't lose confidence. Keep fighting against this evil. Time and truth is the best defense. What had happened to me last night?

I am also a victim of ritual abuse. That means the social system has been used against me. For example - the unidentified law enforcement agencies are involved to abuse me usually in the form of using sirens, and red flashlight or blinking lights.

In recent days, especially since last week, every single night, either police or fire truck turned on its disturbing sirens and pressed honk long and loud in the nearby street. We don't know what happened, but for whatever reason, it is very hard to imagine there would be problems every half hour during the late night time, as I can hear sirens wailing almost every half hour. This has been going on for a week now. Any reasonable person would raise a question: "what is going on out there?"

Last night, I was busily preparing my lawsuit case against this organized crime. I don't want to make any assumption that this siren wailing was attempted to distract me. Actually, it does a little bit to this effect. But what makes me think they are is that the sirens or honk screaming happened almost at the same time when I wrote some very sensitive or serious points. It is a fact that they monitor my online activities and email covertly, thus I can easily relate this disturbing sirens with my activities even though it sounds unbelievable. I am saying I doubt if this activities were targeting at me because of the repetition of similar pattern of the behavior.

Here I want to tell everybody what has happened to me last night. While I was writing the Statement of Claim for my legal action, at around 10:08 pm, all of sudden, my heart started beating wildly for less a minute, which made me feel very hard to breath. This malfunction of my heart was not from my own body. I didn't have any exciting or extremely sad emotion at the time. I was calm and quiet, highly concentrated on my thinking and writing when this heart malfunction happened. Almost simultaneously, siren wailing went off in the street. What a coincidence! It is a signal, and threat. I can't tell you what has been done to make this happen to me, as I don't see it. But according to the technology of these days and CIA mind control weapon in existence, I have concern that this malfunction was resulted by this invisible technology. That might be the only reason that could cause this happen to me last night.

I have been a mind control victim since late 2004 when I was made aware. I experienced severe sleep deprivation and knee attacks before. But this was new to me and it happened last night. I recorded it here as future reference.

What to do if you're being remotely neurally monitored by an operative gone bad..

Here are a few helpful things that popped into my head that I figured I would share, should a similar experience occur with anyone else.

1. One way to tell if this is happening to you is if you suddenly start hearing voices that weren't there the day before. They may sound like they're in the next room, the next apartment, or somewhere in the vicinity.

2. Start to observe the patterns of the dialogue, the frequency of certain words and phrases, and any emotions, intentions, and "keywords and key phrases" that you may say that trigger certain responses.

3. KEEP A LEVEL HEAD! This is extremely important. Realize that you are involved with technology that no one is aware of and in the mainstream outside world, you may very well be mistaken for crazy. Also keep in mind that their techniques are designed to make you seem crazy.

4. Manage your mind. Mindfully and consciously discern what's appropriate thought, dialogue and behavior for your well being in the outside world and what's not. Make a conscious effort to never let the two worlds intertwine.

5. Observe the dialogue. Listen, without putting any stock into the validity of the words being said to what the team of operatives or whoever may be saying. The objective for this is mostly to try to gather as much information on the violators as possible. Gather as much data as you can think of. Make notes so you can remember.

6. Publicize. The more that you tell the world about your attack, the less power and control they have over you. They will not be able to harm you as easily as if you kept this to yourself. Publicize and talk about it in a manner that is intelligent, clear, concise, and level headed. Be willing to consider psychological evaluation and open to all possibilities. Do not act irate. Process your thoughts in an orderly and stable manner and present the situation to people in the same manner. Keep internet records of what's going on and find out if the authorities (your local police dept.,FBI, CIA, NSA, etc) are open to what you are saying. Send them a level-headed email so they will have your situation on record.

7. Give your important account information (banks, bills, etc) to someone you trust and have them change all passwords, security questions, etc for you, without you knowing the passwords, etc. Have them temporarily conduct business for you until the situation is over. Operatives gone bad can possibly be making money in the identity theft business and can easily extract all of your personal information through your own eyes.

3. Eliminate fear. Getting hysterical, fearful, or expressing any kind of high-spirited emotion is what they want you to do. Do not be intimidated by your unusual circumstance. Understand that this kind of harassment is not uncommon and start taking pragmatic, rational measures to conduct yourself accordingly. They get into your head with voices because they don't want to do anything physically. Don't let words destroy you.

4. Educate yourself! Read and learn as much as possible about the processes and techniques being used upon you. There is plenty of reading material within the links on this site. The more you know and understand about what's been done to you, the less effective they will be.

5. Keep a sense of humor. Although circumstances may seem dark and threatening, fear and stress will get you absolutely nowhere. Stay light-hearted. Even make jokes about your situation. This will keep your mind healthy and give you a better perspective on what you're dealing with and how to live your life.

6. Replace the voices in your head with activity. Listening often to music, watching television, socializing, working and staying active will often drown out the noise in your head and render them less effective.

7. BECOME VERY SOCIAL!!! It's very important that you realize that these people are intent on isolating you from others, so that they can do whatever they want to you. Make a strong concerted effort to create, build, and/or maintain good healthy relationships with friends, neighbors, partners, acquaintances, co-workers and others, so that they won’t get the chance to do anything to you. Don't let them sucker you into fake romantic ideals and other tactics that they may use to keep you from actually being with real people.

A variation of gaslighting, used as a form of harassment, is to subtly alter aspects of a victim's environment, thereby upsetting his or her peace of mind, sense of security, etc., such as was used by the Manson Family during their "creepy crawler" burglaries during which nothing was stolen, but furniture in the house was rearranged."

For those who saw the movie - Gaslighting (released around 1944) would understand what gaslighting is. It is a subtle method of harassment to a person that would cause psychological effect if this person lives in such an environment for a prolonged period of time.

Group stalking, also called "gang stalking" uses the same methods to destroy the perception of a person's normal social and work environment in a hope to wear down this person, or drive him/her crazy. Gaslighting is a process that can take several months or even a year to condition a person's perception of his/her life environment. Once this condition is achieved by repetition of the same type of harassment, the person being gaslighted would lose the normal reaction to the trigger event even though such a "trigger event" might be completely unrelated to him/her. Now he/she is said to be programmed to react abnormally for a certain trigger that would discredit him/her as mentally unstable, or even crazy. Thus, many victims of this organized crime are blamed for mentally ill. The truth is they got disoriented by psychological abuse.

This state of mind is "man-made" by evil perpetrators who attack the victim by lies, and disinformation or misinformation. Unfortunately many people would choose to believe lies and slander, and overtly join the group and give the perpetrators a helping hands because this makes them feel empowered when they collectively abuse an isolated person.

Some survivors of gaslighting went through the deprogramming stage, and gradually got out of this negative condition. It takes a long time to get out of this hideous "program", and more important is to be able to receive supports from society. Money and power is always the controlling factors in this "psyche game" as it all started by an evil person who possesses the power and money, and started slander campaign to vent their personal grudge against the victim. This organized crime is motivated by revenge and punishment only. Don't believe the disguise of the beautiful words or deceptive excuses they tried to fool the public. Only the victim has the right to judge if they did this to help the victim, or to destroy the victim.

For those who suffers this hideous crime, please stay firm and keep strong. There is nothing wrong with you, the sick ones are the perpetrators. All you need to do is to believe yourself, setup a goal, and work hard to obtain your goal. When your mind is free from being disoriented, free from being negatively programmed by them, you will be able to claim you sanity and credibility. You show your power of independent thinking, and your integrity and human dignity.

Trauma Based Mind Control

To be exact, what I experienced is a trauma based mind control and ritual abuse. It started since early November 2004 when perpetrators began to attack me overtly. Obviously the intelligent agencies were involved and they might have done unlawful investigation without my consent. They could did up things happened 30 years ago, and then created similar situation to remind me of that events, though the event could be bad experience, or completely a neutral one. The token is to tell you that they know you inside out, and you are living in a crystal clear world, and you have no privacy at all. You are prisoner even in your own home.

The conditioning or gaslighting is a key technique to be used in trauma based mind control. Some people called it as programming. They program a person with a condition which related to certain coded words, sound, color, a situation, or even a sight that would have hidden meaning. Usually this hidden meaning would be something that could trigger victim's reaction. The victim might have some bad experience, or a trauma behind this hidden meaning. That's how whenever the coded language, sound, color or even a sight of something is mentioned, it would trigger pain to the victim.

Once the victim is systematically traumatized through various methods, which may include ritual abuse, programming is anchored in to each individual trauma. These dissociated traumas are linked to hypnotic programming commands and scripts. Trauma based mind control is to create multiple personality. The idea behind this is to create the perfect slave who can carry out a variety of functions while maintaining secrecy and obedience to the programmers. Such functions may include spy, sexual slave and other psychic abilities.

It is well known that government mind control experimentation started right after World War II, but nobody knows how far this experimentation goes now, and what they have achieved in nowadays. This is CIA or intelligence agencies' top secret. As a victim of this hidden crime, I know what does this meant, and to what extent that my privacy was invaded. All I want to tell the public is they knew every single point of my previous life dating back to my childhood. My mind has been read by the perps like a computer hard drive. They got my memory through reading my mind like computer reading its hard drive using their highly sophisticated mind reading device.

Victimization by Big Brother

As I prepare for a legal action against this ongoing persecution, I requested a personal file under the FOIP Act from Edmonton police department. To my surprise that police had documented some untrue comments about me when I reported break-in incident. To me, they have the right not to believe what I said because gang stalking is an organized action, and they wouldn't leave any concrete evidence, but police don't have the right to label a person as paranoid or dilusional. By making such a comment, they actually help the stalkers to cover up their covert harassment. Or it is quite possible that police was actually involved in such covert action.

In mind control harassment, break-in home and car is so common, and I doubt that police is not aware of the fact at all. In most cases, mind control victims are always harassed by police or intelligence agencies rather than just a local group. My personal experience is a typical mind control psychological abuse case, which both police and security agencies are definitely involved. I can provide them with thousands of incidents that tells this is happening. Just because they isolated me and I don't have a second person to verify everything to them, they can say whatever they want to say. This is a jungle, and in my opinion, they are the ones who are paranoid. How can they use their privilege that government and people gave them to victimize a civilian just by saying so, but totally ignored the truth!!!!

To elaberate the detail, I have to tell from last May. I called the police department to report a break-in incident late April. The police officer didn't come to see the scene till two hours after. I didn't find anything important missing, but my door was opened when I was away from home. I showed the police the evidence that someone accessed to my home, but they didn't take it seriously as nothing important was missing. Then a month later, I heard someone was buzzing me from the building entrance, and they were police. This time the police officer is an Asian guy. I felt strange why police visited me without any reason. But this visit was only a follow up. I gave a brief description of what happened a month ago, and thought this was over. However, it was not. Police department sent an Asian officer to victimize me. That was how the report was created and put into my personal file. Since last April, I started to file human rights complaint against my previous employer, and they are connected and are aware of that. By having an Asian officer to label me as paranoid wouldn't take any risk of being blamed for racial discrimination. What a government? I would say "Racist government".

They think they haven't done enough to persecute me yet. They continue to persecute me.
Now it is not so hard to see who is the one to initiate this hate crime.

Stalking is an addiction, just like alcoholic or drug addict

Needless to say that stalking activity, no matter by individual, or by group, is illegal in our society. It is a criminal behavior. It is very intrusive, offensive and threatening to a person being stalked. When having enough evidence, the stalker or stalkers are subjected to criminal charge, facing a sentence of up to many years jail time depending on its severity and damage they caused to the victims.

But if you can analyze the nature of group stalking, it is not hard to see the reason why the perpetrators do this apart from the criminal nature. Curiosity is another factor, which is an addition, just like alcoholic or drug addict. Once start, it is likely to become addicted to it. Human nature of curiosity with the help of hi-tech device drives these criminals into this covert ugly game, especially those who are under the hat of intelligence community. They abuse their power and walked extra miles just to satisfy their own curiosity. Some perpetrators have no quality lives of their own, no career goal to obtain, and no motivation of self-improvement. Instead, these psychopaths show great interest to ruin others people's lives in order to balance their own. I paid close attention to the perpetrators who actively participated in harassing me, and come to a general conclusion that most aggressive harassers are of negative personality, and of poor morality. It gives them great release or satisfaction to see that the victim showed frustration, humiliated or in great distress because of their dirty work.

Stalking addiction would drive the perpetrators to continue the illegal game just like the drug addicts couldn't get rid of the drug. The mentality is pretty much the same. If one victim is strong enough to get over their malicious harassment, they would move on and target the next one. They wanted to see how victim suffer, and struggle because this is the psychological "drug" that made them feeling good about themselves. Without the "drug", their lives are too dull and lack of excitement. You can see how disappointed they could be when their carefully pre-planned setup failed. I saw many times and I fully understand their mentality now. Once you understand them, it is so easy to keep them disappointed. Don't play the game with them is the best solution to keep them disappointed.

However, I still don't understand why those people could hate a person whom they don't even know? Is it the rule of jungle or pure animal instinct to keep this ugly game alive?

I am a new immigrant and a visible minority. My first job here in Canada was no fun at all, where I experienced group mobbing and racial discrimination. Eventually I was driven out as a result of constructive dismissal that I had dispute with the management. At that point, I had to go in order to end this atrocity. My human dignity was severely attacked, and my fundamental rights was violated by a group of people who ignored the law, and take the risk of destroying Western Civilization for the benefit of their own. As a victim of this organized crime, I will fight for justice, and see one day this crime will be brought in front of justice system. No one has the right to break the law no matter they are government officers, CIA, Police or any law enforcement agencies. This is the fundamental of Western Civilization and Liberty. We are born to be equal in terms of the right to live, to work, and to other human basic rights such as the legal right, freedom of speech and privacy, etc.

A couple of days ago, my perpetrators had one old guy (stalker) to provoke problem with me in the parking garage. He stopped there right after he drove in the garage gate, and stayed there not moving anymore. I had to wait outside until he proceed forward. It took a quite a while before he showed any sign of leaving that space, while I was waiting outside. I just didn't know what he was doing there, thus pressed the horn to remind him. He got angry because I horned him. Finally he moved forward when the garage door went down, and I was able to use my key to get in the garage. He started to argue with me while waiting for the elevator that I shouldn't press horn, and asked me to move out of the apartment if I am not happy. I considered this remark is of discriminatory nature as I have been harassed by the group stalking in this building since I moved in, especially after I filed human rights complaint against my previous government employer.

I reported this incident to the building manager that day. But today, a different perpetrator did the same thing. It would be very odd if not for a stalking scenario. First it is very hard to catch the timing. Second, not every one behaved this way. Obviously this is a stalking incident. They were informed of my whereabouts, and had a different guy waited there till I came back from outside. By imitating the exact same behavior, they express the "opinion of asking me to move out". This is a typical tactic that racist group used to vent their unwelcome opinion. This is a coded language they developed during the course of harassment. They first would create a situation to set the tone, and then used this situation to condition me. After condition stage, every time they repeated the similar situation, it was an expression of their coded language - "move out". This is the pattern the racist group used to exercise discriminatory practice, which is covert, and left little direct evidence for the human rights worker to recognize. I want to document this typical pattern of circumstantial evidence. Eventually people will see through this trick and take actions to end this unethical practice.

This morning, this extremist group went to extreme to fabricate ridiculous evidence to defame me by putting one little white sugar bag (restaurant use, I work in a restaurant) on the floor at drive side of my car. I felt so disgusting to see such a small, evil and ridiculous behavior they did. Actually this was not the first time. They have done such dirty trick to me a year and half ago by government employee. I just couldn't help laughing at such small and narrow minded personality of the perpetrators. Do you know our tax money is being abused?

Under the guise of public interest, corrupt secret agencies can abuse our tax payers' money to do illegal spy on citizens without proper reasons. Do you know how much money they spend just for one helicopter trip? We pay tax to government for the benefit of this society, not to the corrupt agencies to abuse our hard earned money to make fun in a boring day. They take advantage of their privilege to abuse the public trust. This irrational behavoir needs to be reported to government authority. The government should establish further rules and regulations to restrict this abusive behavior.

On Saturday afternoon around 6:00 pm, a red helicopter flew over China Town shopping center in a very low altitude. Its noise was so loud that I thought it was a tank driving from behind. But it was a red helicopter. At the time I just startd my car, and was not ready to take a picture. It flew away quickly before I could hand on my camera.

As you may see from my previos posts that helicopter harassed me on many occasions. This is intimidation and threat. Since I came to Canada, my perpetrators got connected with the local group, and they started to create situation to find fault with me, or just cause troubles. If their provocative behavior got my reaction, they would shift blame, telling people that I am a bad person. They never tell people what they did underhanded to provoke problems, and entrap me into anger. It seems to be a principle that trouble makers are always the first ones to blame their victimes for troubles they made. Aa a matter of fact, they are the real ones who make troubles.

This site was created to expose the organized crime, and to show the public how the perpetrators secretly provoke problems, and make troubles, and then how they would blame their victim.

Cyber Stalking can be as bad as real life stalking.

Early in the morning, I tried to access Alberta Law library database to study the case law, but I was disconnected from online by unknown hacker twice right after I access the case law page. This didn’t happen when I checked my personal email, and other web activities, but happened immediately after I began my legal research. It is not because of the file that is too large to load; it is a clear interference by the third party. The secret criminals never stopped mess me up because they envy my value and my dignity. They want to do anything they can to prevent me from exposing their crime through legal means.

Sleep deprivation torture

For some time, the perpetrators stopped using sleep deprivation on me. But since last Monday, I was kept awake most of the time. This sleep deprivation lasted for two nights now. I have absolutely no sleepless issue in my mind. I can tell this sleep deprivation was resulted from outside effect.

Targeted individual believe that some electromagnetic wave has been used to interrupt a person sleep. I don't have hard evidence to prove its existence. But from my personal experience, I don't suspect this theroy because I experienced terrible invisible things happened to me in the past years. It is very hard to explain the phenomenon to the general public due to the lack of sample demonstration or experiment show. This is secret weapon, and very few people ever heard about it. If I never had experienced this invisible harassment, I wouldn't choose to believe it. Unfortunately, there are a lot of things we don't know, or not aware of in this world, however we can't say they don't exist just because we never heard of. Though I can't tell you exactly what it is that kept me aware during the night, I know for sure that it was outside factor caused my sleeplessness.

Crime is always carried out secretly. The abuse of hi-techology weapon, the illegal surveillance and organized stalking are often underground. It is hard to prove, but everybody knows that this type of crime is real. The criminals committing this crime would never tell you what they did to you. People can choose not to believe, but can't deny something they don't know.

Computer and Internet must be an unbelievable miracle fifty ago, but it is a reality now. Maybe in a couple of years, such thing like secret weapon would be a known fact to the public. And now the target individuals are being tortured as human experimentation subjects.

Secret hacker kept disconnecting my dial-up connection

Criminal hacker kept messing up my Internet connection. Since yesterday, the disconnection became so frequent that I had to keep dialing up to the Net again and again in order to finish what I had to do. They either disconnected me from the Internet, or made my connection just slow enough (before, not now) that would prevent me from doing my research. They are trying to prevent me from securing a job, and from researching, analyzing and exposing their criminal behavior. The harassment of this subtle nature is full of my daily life. If I go shopping, the perpetrators followed me to the store, and then used beeper to alert me that they were around. If I go to the library, they would use the security guards to show up to me in order to tell me that they were around. If I go to work, they would gradually get connected with the workplace, and used lies and slander to discredit me for the purpose to make my work environment hostile.

In one word, they wanted to use any possible opportunities to frustrate me, to discredit me and to make my life miserable. This has happened for three years now. The only difference is that I am no longer an unaware target individual, and I now take actions to fight against this evil hidden crime, a crime that secret police might have involved. But I am not afraid of them at all because I stand in wide open. Whereas, they hide themselves in dark, and attack me secretly for the purpose to injure. Their behavior is unlawful and criminal, which explains why they have to remain in dark. They are part of the dark society – secret society. What they do is beneficial neither to the public nor to the society, but for their personal gains and their evil revenge motivation, all of which are out of malice and hatred.

Extremist Group Harassment

The extremist group still follow me and harass me in the public places.

Today I went to Staples to buy business card paper. At the same time while I was walking out of the store, the harassment beeper went off four times. I came back to the store and made a complaint to the store manager. I purposely did this in order to leave complaint record for future reference.

On my way to the Law Library, the helicopter flew directly above the area. I never saw any helicopter in downtown area till the day when I made human rights complaint in July 2006. I clearly remembered on July 20, 2006 that night, the helicopter flew in circles above my building over and over for five times. Since then I always saw helicopter no matter wherever I went. I think it was because I used camera and recorder to capture the stalking activities by the extremist group, which effectively stopped them. They don't want to leave too much evidence in my camera. Then helicopter appeared since then. If I complain that helicopter follows me, the public would hardly believe me. However, it would be equally hard for them to explain why the black helicopter would fly above downtown area in such frequency.

Now it appears more and more clear to me that this organized stalking activities meant to undermine my mental health at this stage. In my past two and half years, the perpetrators tried to use any possible opportunities to create problems in my life, and to harass me for the purpose to frustrate me. This was a group effort. Thus it is an organized crime. No matter how underground it was carried out, the pattern was shown consistently, and their purpose was to injure me psychologically. I have enough evidence to prove their malicious intention now.

To remain underground, and attack secretly is actually a manifestation of guilty. They knew what they did was with malice, and even against the law. Thus, they had to hide their criminal behavior. That's why they are called "perpetrators". They are the true criminals.

Conspiracy to Defame

Conspiracy to Defame is a tort in Canadian Law, but it can also be of criminal conspiracy if there is no overt act in pursuance of the agreement resulting in damage.

Then what is conspiracy? A conspiracy is an agreement between two or more people to do or refrain from doing a lawful or unlawful act by unlawful means.

To distinquish if your case is conspiracy to defame, you must prove the following elements:
1. A common plan or design or agreement to do certain unlawful acts which are likely to cause injury to a person;
2. The arguement must extend not only to the objective, but to the means or plans for achieving that objective;
3. Agreement on the means to be used must be specifically proven; and
4. The acts agreed and done must cause damages of which a person complains.

Organized stalking and psychological mind control is well planned and designed efforts by multiple people to injure a target individual. They are well communicated and connected through certain channels. They follow a target, covertly observe a target, and attack a target for the purpose to cause mental, physical and financial (job loss) injury. Since the target being chosen for whatever reason, the plan or agreement between parties are put into practice with the predominant purpose to cause injury and this conspiracy lasts for number of years. It is secret, and targets usually are kept in dark, and most of them are isolated. Lies and slander are the weapon to defame the targets, in many cases, the hate crime is resulted as consequence. The only thing that a target has difficulty to prove is probably names of the parties involved, as a lot of targets don't even know who are behind this, or lack evidence to prove who are behind this crime.

Due to the lack of legal knowledge, it took me almost three years to realize the fact that my perpetrators actually committed a conspiracy to defame against me. But I was lucky to be able to remain in control of my mental sanity. My personal sufferings from this atrocity was hard to imagine. I believe my situation was resulted by a typical conspiracy to defame for which I am trying to establish the case with solid evidence.

Invasion of Privacy: False Light

False Light is another legal term that ordinary people don't have much knowledge of it.

"False light invasion of privacy occurs when information is published about a person that is false or places the person in a false light, is highly offensive to a reasonable person, and is published with knowledge or in reckless disregard of whether the information was false or would place the person in a false light."

False light is similar to defamation, but it is not the same. However, false light also contains the following elements: 1. The false information is published either in verbal or written form; 2. The false information is made with actual malice; 3. It would put a person under false light; and 4. It is highly offensive (to reasonable persons).

There are many cases involving the communication of information which, although perhaps not "technically" false, is still misleading. The effect of publishing such misleading information about a person to the "public eye" is nonetheless embarrassing and potentially injurious to that person. The key word here is "false" - means to publish misinformation or malicious distortion when it is known to be false.

Both False Light and Slander, defamation of character have destructive impact to a person's reputation, professional career and life. I am a victim of both, the tort of defamation of character, and tort of invasion of privacy false light. In this new country where I landed three years ago, I experienced institutional oppression and persecution because of these two torts.

When a person is put under false light, the public has the tendency to judge this person negatively. I myself have too much painful experience in the past three years. Whatever I said, or I did was always taken in a bad way even when I tried to help others.

I never thought that I would be a victim of Human Rights abuse

Here in Western world, a so called democratic country I experienced outrageous human rights abuse by the extremist group and secret section of the government that I think highly of before I came here. In my mind, the human rights issue only happens to the most disadvantaged persons who struggle at the bottom of the society. But I was completely wrong. Human Rights abuse exists everywhere today in this society. You might be a victim without your awareness.

Being a victim of slander, defamation of character and organized stalking, I lost my fundamental righs, and human rights involuntarily in this country, and subjected to discrimination, persecution and victimization by the extremist group and secret society. Social injustice is just like cancer disease in human body. It is cancer cell in this society. It spreads fast and easily under the influence of hate propaganda, especially with the support of police or law enforcement. Any person who is persecuted by social system or government must also be a victim of human rights abuse.

In my case, it is a fact that police and law enforcement are all involved. As my previous posts mentioned, the gangstalking group broke into my home and car for countless times without any causable reasons. They controlled my employment opportunity for the purpose to systemically oppress me both financially and in social status as a whole. They illegally monitor all my communication channels in and out for the purpose to control and oppress me. They use lies, distortion, fabrication and defamation to spread hate propaganda against me. But they remained secret like a rat, hiding in the dark and constantly attack. They want to intimidate me into silence, and keep everything evil and criminal they did to me out of the public awareness.

I want to raise a question to the public. Who is going to watch the big brother if they violate the law, citizen's human rights. and/or if they commit covert crime? It looks like they have the right to bully and harass innocent citizens in the street without any fear. My rights to be an equal person living in the country have been severely violated. I was forced to live my life like a sub-citizen here in Canada. I want to shout loudly in public that I am terribly discriminated and persecuted in Alberta, Canada without any legitimate reasons.

God gave me the rights to work, and to live as an equal person, but Satan, the evil force wants to take away my God given rights without any legitimate reasons.

Due Process and Victim's Rights

I mentioned the concept of 'Due Process' and 'Victim' to a friend. I can tell from his eyes that he was not quite sure what I was talking about. Yes, I didn't know it before I had my personal problems - I was bullied and slandered by a few vindictive and jealousy psyches, and then further persecuted by the local secret society due to their malicious defamation.

Due process basically means that any government should respect a person's legal rights. Due process is essentially based on the concept of 'fundamental fairness'. A person should have the right to know what was accused of him or her, and should have a chance to prove before the justice system. But victims of slander or defamation are usually deprived of this legal right. All they got were the increased punishment and social injustice. They would be subjected to the discrimination, victimization and even some organized crimes.

I am a victim of slander, and defamation of character by a gangster of vindictive and jealousy individuals who have personal grudge against me. They abused their power and put me under 'False Light' in this new country where I landed as a new immigrant. The local law enforcement agencies covertly harassed me on daily basis for three years now. They illegally put me under covert hi-tech surveillance inside and outside my home, including my bathroom. There is not a single moment of privacy available to me. My daily activities and online activities are all under monitoring. They deprived me of all the basic human rights, civil right and legal rights including due process. Here I listed most of the major criminal activities done to me by the local gangsters and secret agencies:

1. Covert surveillance in the workplace, and inside my own home including the bathroom.
2. Hi-tech surveillance and organized stalking
3. Mails interception, deliberately delivered wrong packages to me for special purpose
4. Home break-ins, car break-ins, and sabotaged my car
5. Illegally accessed my bank safety box secretly and remained in plausible deniability. My
credit card information has been stolen and been used by unknown person.
6. Online activities being monitored including all my email accounts
7. Telephone and fax being wiretapped, once being blocked, and even being redirected
8. Numerous harassing phone calls, and death threatening phone calls and mails
9. Noise harassment campaign in my apartment (with great details documented)
10. Police stopped me in the street for fake reasons twice
11. Street theater harassment by Police, EMS and firefighter and even black helicopter
12. Sound and beeper harassment in public places (on and off up to present time)
13. Invasion of privacy (both personal space and my thoughts)
14. Intentional infliction of mental distress (verbal abuse, and use environment)
15. Sleep deprivation (midnight police sirens directed at me, and invisible technology attack)
16. Physical assaults, stage car accident, electronic shock, and invisible technology attack
17. CIA MKULTRA style mind control and psychological harassment
18. CIA style disorientation, disruption, misinformation, lies and corporate fraud
19. Emotional manipulation using degrading verbal abuse, malicious slander and rumors
20. Racial discrimination, retaliation, suppression and victimization
21. Job loss threatening, intent to blackmail me into institutionalization
22. Used the negative reinforcement technique to sensitize me and condition me, tried to induce phobia
23. My whole life and work environment is being monitored and controlled, and the
perpetrators took every possible steps to make my daily life hard time.

Today, as a victim, I a private citizen, a new immigrant, a skilled worker had hard time to find a job, and face difficulty to live in this world as an equal person. My privacy was severely violated with plausible deniability. This hate crime put me under massive harassment wherever I work. For the past three years, I documented large number of harassment incidents, which shows a clear pattern that harassment was of Mind Control nature, and the intelligent agency was definitely involved. Due to the secrecy, the harassment and victimization continues without stop.

This is an organized crime armed with hi-tech invisible weapon, abused by the secret police or secret society. Today it happened to me, but it could happen to you or anybody tomorrow. If you haven’t heard about this crime yet, be prepared and protect yourself, your human rights and your civil rights. Don’t let the perpetrators take away your fundamental rights without your knowledge. The only way to stop this crime is to make the public awareness, and let the justice system take control over it and establish rules and laws to punish them accordingly.

Mind Control and Its History - Are We Human Guinea Pigs?

Is our government using us as human guinea pigs? Is our government drugging us, brainwashing our kids in the schools and implanting microchips in us? Are they using nonlethal weapons on us; are they using radiation on us; are they using psycho surgery and electronic mind-control methods on us? Are they reprogramming peoples' whole personalities? It seems hard to believe, but I'm sorry to say that the answer to all of these questions, and more, is YES.

Our government is guilty of the same atrocities, and more, as those committed in the Nazi concentration camps. These practices are not just happening to an isolated group of people; they are happening to normal, everyday people--like you and me. No one is out of the grasp of the government. And ironically, it is you and me, the American taxpayers, who are underwriting the research and technological advancements that are being unleashed upon us in these top-secret, classified, government experiments.

Before I give you a brief overview of the history of mind control and the technological advances currently being used, I will answer the question I get asked most often--how and why did I begin researching the topic of mind control and working with survivors?

I became aware of our government's involvement in behavioral modification at a very young age as my father and two uncles worked for the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and openly discussed many of these "behavioral modification" experiments. They were privy to this classified information, in part, as one uncle provided security for a renown Nazi doctor who was smuggled out of post-war Germany as a part of Operation Paperclip--a clandestine, U.S. governmental operation in which foreign war criminals were imported into the United States.

In spite of, or maybe because of, being exposed to these abhorrent realities occurring within our own government, I became a Christian in 1979. I started a ministry working with street gangs, satanism and ritual-abuse victims in 1982 and by 1985, I was being periodically approached by local police officials to consult on satanic ritual abuse (SRA) crimes. I wrote a book in 1993, A Generation Deceived, on the new world order and its infiltration of the curriculum in our public schools. Since the 1980s, I've been providing consultation services for counselors, psychologists and psychiatrists who work with victims of domestic abuse and government mind-control experiments.

The use of mind control has been going on in one form or another since the beginning of time. This overview will begin from the Babylonian era to current time. The Babylonians and the Egyptians helped lay a foundation for occultism and the seeking of hidden knowledge or "enlightenment." In these religions' earliest writings, they give reference to rituals where abuse takes place describing methods of torture to create trauma. The writings also cite the use of potions as drugging agents and the use of witchcraft and hypnotism to enslave their victims. It was through these means that the leaders of the time were attempting to control the mass of the common people.

Another attempt at controlling the populace is documented in history during the 13th century when the Catholic Church used inquisitions to bring the masses under control. Those who did not submit to the beliefs of the leaders were eliminated. They were branded heretics, witches or other socially-accepted "criminal" labels of the time and persecuted, with or without justification. Once again history shows us an attempt to control the minds of the people. Their choices were to convert, conform or die.

Without getting into more specific types of mind-control techniques used by one religious group or another, these few examples document efforts to control people through the use of religious institutions. This practice has continued throughout the centuries and evolved to a point where our churches today play a key role in shaping members' belief systems as well as influencing how their time and money are spent.

By 1776, systematic, organized mind control was beginning to rear its ugly head. A Bavarian Jesuit named Adam Weishaupt was commissioned by the House of Rothschild to centralize the powers of the mystery religions into what is commonly known as the Illuminati or the "enlightened ones." The word Illuminati originates from the word Lucifer which means "bearer of the light." In essence, this was the laying of the foundation of the new world order with the goal of establishing a one-world religion, a one-world government and a one-world banking system.

This one-world goal aligned the world's very rich with the most powerful generational bloodlines of satanism. So we have the joining of satanists and the plutocrats reaching out for the supreme power---control of the people. Spinning out from this Illuminati spider web came many organizations permeated with satanism, such as, the Builderbergers, the Club of Rome, the Ordo Templi Orientis (OTO), the Golden Dawn, Rosicrucian, the Shriners, Palladium Masonry, and Scottish Rite Masonry, just to name a few.

To illustrate how successful the Illuminati has been in permeating our society with their one-world agenda, let's look at one of their offshoot organizations, the Scottish Rite Masons. As we delve into this discussion keep in mind that all but two U.S. presidents, Kennedy and Lincoln, were Masons of the 32nd degree or higher and that a large number of senators, congressmen, governors, judges, lawyers and police chiefs are also Masons of the 32nd degree or higher.
So who are the Masons and to what oath do our governmental and judicial officials pledge when they become 30th, 31st and 32nd degree Freemasons? Albert Pike is quoted on pages 220 and 221 of Occult Theocracy by Queenborough that instructs,"To you, Sovereign, Grand Inspectors General, we say this, that you may repeat it to the Brethren of the 32nd, 31st and 30th degrees -- The Masonic religion should be, by all of us initiates of the high degrees, maintained in the purity of the Luciferian doctrine." Pike issued these instructions to the 23 Supreme Councils of the world on July 14, 1889, at which time he simultaneously held the positions of Sovereign Pontiff of Universal Freemasonry, Grand Master of the Central Directory of Washington, and Grand Commander of the Supreme Council of Charleston. Additionally, he authored Morals and Dogma which served as the Masonic "bible."

Let's take a closer look at this quote--"the Masonic religion" and "maintained in the purity of the Luciferian doctrine." This is hardly the type of oath one would expect elected governmental officials of the free world to be pledging unless, of course, you understand the plot of the Illuminati, a secret society of luciferians, to overthrow the government of the United States by the year 2000 and create a global dictatorship. By pledging an allegiance to a luciferian-based religious organization, albeit masked by good deeds, our governmental and judicial officials are becoming underlings of the new world order and pawns and puppets of the Illuminati.

By the late 1800s and early 1900s the study of psychology and psychiatry greatly advanced methods of mind control. In the early 1900s the basis for human mind control through conditioning and hypnosis was being set in motion by Ivan Pavlov when he conducted experiments in which a bell was rung prior to feeding dogs. The dogs' natural physiological response to food, salivating, was soon associated with the ringing of the bell. After a period of conditioning or "programming," simply ringing the bell would "trigger" the dogs to salivate.
From the beginning of time, the bottom line has always been power and control. With the knowledge of mind control emerging from these "new" science studies of the mind, the new world order realized the group that perfected this "new" science would have the knowledge that would enable them to control the world. This quest for world dominance brought about the funding of Travistock in England and the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute in Germany by the plutocrats which included the Rockefeller Foundation as well as many others. In 1932, Travistock was led by Kurt Lewin, a German psychologist. Studies during this time were focused on mind-control experiments to determine the "breaking point" of the human psyche.

At this same time the Nazis were coming to power in Germany and were conducting eugenics experiments to create a new master race. A top SS (Schutzstaffel) officer, Heinrich Himmler, headed a project named Lebersborn in which children were selectively bred. Many of these bred children were genetically engineered sets of twins who were separated and "placed" in adoptive families and then were monitored and studied. These pairs of separated twins were viewed as the ultimate study in behavioral modification because they were able to use one twin as a control point to gauge the other twin's response.

The programming used on these children was quite sophisticated and included preconditioned, trained responses triggered by code words, mnemonic cues and audio-reversed messages and tones that activated the programming. This "new" science had reached a level of critical mass, a point of no return, and the repercussions would shape not only the coming war years but life thereafter. As war broke out, the concentration camps gave Hitler's SS officers an unlimited supply of victims on whom to further their experiments of the human psyche in order to perfect the ability to engineer an Aryan race. Himmler's studies on twins were later so barbarically advanced by Joseph Mengele at Auschwitz that they are still referred to today as Mengele's twins. These experiments were conducted without any regard for normal societal limitations and included the following horrid atrocities: surgical experimentation, electroshock, mutilation, impregnation, trauma bonding, eye-color experimentation, drugging, deprivation of every kind, hypnosis, hypno-programming and personality splitting.

Although other countries conducted human experiments of less quantity during the war, it was the Nazis who so grossly violated the Geneva Convention guidelines of prisoner treatment. The Nazis and their experiments were, in part, funded by the Catholic Church who, at the end of the war, helped transport many Nazis to freedom through the ratline. The Catholic Church has since acknowledged and apologized for these actions. Additionally, the U.S. Department of Defense secretly orchestrated and funded the escape of many high-ranking Nazi doctors and scientists by using the channels provided by the Vatican, bringing German, as well as Italian, "enemies" to the United States via South America and Canada. During this importation process, code named Operation Paperclip, these illegal aliens were made "legal" by our U.S. government when they provided these war criminals with new identities.

These doctors and scientists were viewed by the U.S. government as valuable assets to acquire because of the vast amount of knowledge they possessed from their "work" in the Nazi concentration camps. The raw-scientific data generated from these brutal wartime experiments enabled these doctors and scientists to formulate advanced, unprecedented theories of mind control. It is no secret that knowledge gives power; by securing possession of these doctors and scientists, the United States gained control of the "science" of mind-control knowledge.

One might assume that the United States gained control of this new science in order to protect U.S. citizens from enemy mind-control techniques. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Instead, the U.S. government created clandestine operations specifically designed to implement and test these mind-control theories. These projects, just to name a few, had code names such as MKULTRA, Artichoke, Bluebird, MKSEARCH and MKDELTA. It was during these top-level operations that these mind-control theories were refined and advanced. Although Senator Ted Kennedy, chairman of the Senate Subcommittee on Health and Scientific Research, assured the American public that "These activities are part of history, not the current practice of the CIA," these human experimentations in mind control and human behavior continue today.

Many people are unaware of the extent to which our U.S. government has been experimenting on its citizens. Ironically, it's the government's own documents on human experimentation that most effectively breaks through the denial barrier. Following are excerpts out of actual documents that were secured through the Freedom of Information Act.

A document dated May 11, 1953, cites experiments designed with the goal of "hypnotically increasing ability to learn and recall complex written matter," "hypnotically increasing ability to observe and recall a complex arrangement of physical objects" and "recall of hypnotically acquired information by very specific signals."

A second document dated May 5, 1955, states, "A portion of the Research and Development Program of TSS/Chemical Division is devoted to the discovery of the following materials and methods: 1. Substances which will promote illogical thinking and impulsiveness to the point where the recipient would be discredited in public." Skipping to subhead 6 on the same document, "Materials which will render the induction of hypnosis easier or otherwise enhance its usefulness" and subhead 7, "Substances which will enhance the ability of individuals to withstand privation, torture and coercion during interrogation and so-called "brain-washing." Subhead 8 states, "Materials and physical methods which will produce amnesia for events preceding and during their use" and subhead 9 states, "Physical methods of producing shock and confusion over extended periods of time and capable of surreptitious use." Subhead 12 states, "Substances which alter personality structure in such a way that the tendency of the recipient to become dependent upon another person is enhanced."

So what does this all mean? One almost has to reread these quotes two or three times before the realization sinks in that our government's goal is to gain ultimate control over our minds. This is not much different than the goals of Adolf Hitler and The Third Reich.

Let's look at some of these statements more closely. Out of the first set of documents we learn that our government conducted experiments to learn how to hypnotically increase a person's ability to learn and recall complex written matter, to increase a person's ability to observe and recall complex arrangements of physical objects, and to enable a person to recall hypnotically-acquired information by very specific signals.

From the second set of documents we learn that our government has developed substances that will further put the U.S. citizens' minds under the control of the government. Through the use of chemical substances, the government can induce an altered state of consciousness in individuals and/or the masses. It is during this drug-induced, hypnotically-suggestible state that programming is placed into the mind through a multitude of stimuli. In essence, our government has extracted enough knowledge from these experiments to create actual mind-control slaves for the U.S. government.

How is this programming put in place, and how does it actually work? The government utilizes people who are expertly trained in mind control and programming. This knowledge originated from the doctors and scientists who were brought over as part of Operation Paperclip. Usually a person has one primary programmer but is assigned several "handlers." Handlers are people who are interwoven into the person's programming. The "handlers" help manage the programmed individual and often provide a physical presence which acts to enforce the programming. The programmer will use mind-altering drugs to destabilize a person's state of mind, place them under hypnosis and insert into their mind a "program."

These "programs" consist of a preset sequence of events, often called the road map of their mission, as well as preset signals that the government will later use as triggers to activate the hidden programming and to retrieve information the individual may have been programmed to gather. For example, the government can program someone to infiltrate a group, to instigate trouble and/or just to report information back to the government. Keep in mind that this is just a very simplistic example and that these mind-control methods can be used for much more sophisticated purposes.

These documents prove that the U.S. government has been using our tax dollars, at least since the 1950s, to develop techniques and substances that will further put the U.S. citizen under their control. When the government uses chemicals to "promote illogical thinking and impulsiveness" and to "render the induction of hypnosis easier," they are stripping people of their free will and of their natural abilities to protect, not only their physical beings, but also their minds.

When the government has materials and physical methods which create amnesiac barriers within a person's own mind, they control what information the person has access to and what information is hidden behind the amnesiac walls--such as the knowledge that they are even being used in mind-control experiments or missions. In essence, once the government has these amnesiac walls in place, they can use and reuse these people over and over again, recycling them to new projects. These individuals have no knowledge of being tampered with in the first place as that knowledge is also "locked" behind amnesiac walls. Even if these governmental guinea pigs experience memory breakthrough, the "powers that be" have taken measures to try and ensure that these individuals discredit themselves in public. Remember, our government has developed "substances which will promote illogical thinking and impulsiveness to the point where the recipient would be discredited in public."

One may be led to falsely believe that these experiments are being conducted on only a few people and have nothing to do with the average U.S. citizen. This is a dangerous sense of false security. Hundreds of hospitals nationwide and several in Canada have been used as sites in which private physicians conduct these experiments after having been privately contracted by the U.S. and Canadian governments. These government "subcontractors" are paid fees well in excess of any industry standard.

You, the American taxpayer are buying the large houses and fancy cars of these "subcontractors." You, the American taxpayer are paying to have developed the latest technology, a microchip implant called the biochip, that can be used against you, your children and your grandchildren to control your minds. You, the American taxpayer have paid restitution to foreign victims of our government's misuse of power. In 1992, it was reported by Bob Cox of The Canadian Press that "the federal government will pay $100,000 each to victims of brainwashing experiments funded by Canada and the CIA between 1950 and 1965." One of the victims was a mother of five children. Nobody is immune.

To disseminate information on the new technologies being used in mind control, I have produced a videotape that contains information on the following: the history of mind control, the use of microchip implants, the use of microwaves and extremely low frequencies (ELF) and how they are being used in conjunction with microchip implants, the use of electroshock to facilitate programming, the use of virtual reality and how it is being utilized in programming, examples of programming hardware, and examples of programming structure. The video addresses how the government has utilized "substances which alter personality structure in such a way that the tendency of the recipient to become dependent upon another person is enhanced." Harassment in the Downtown library continues

For the whole day, I stayed at home till 3:30 pm I went to the library to finish the video that left from the day before.

Upon arriving to the library, I saw a young guy that I met with in the flea market early in 2006. He hung around at the library door. I recognized him immediately, but didn't greet with him, as I know he is a harasser.

In the library, as soon as I sat down in the sofa waiting for the computer, a security guard walked over in this area again without any indication of problem in this area. As I mentioned before, this is a pattern of constant subtle harassment, and it was directed at me. I took out my camera and planned to take a picture of the scene, but it was too late, and the security guard already walked away. Then a minute later, a middle-aged man sitting opposite to me accused me of taking a picture of the old man who sat in front of the computer. However, the old man didn't seem to care about it at all. I was so angry because of the accusation, as I didn't take any pictures at all. Nevertheless, the middle-aged man insisted on my taking picture of the old man without any evidence. Thus we ran into quarrel because of this. I wanted to show him if my camera has any picture of the old man, but he doesn't want to see it. I accused him of a stalker, he didn't deny at all. I think he was here to provoke problem.

It was so strange that the security guards failed to show up during the time when we were arguing. The quarrel was loud and so bad. But the guards stayed away from it. This is a public place, and I expected them to come at this moment, to my surprise, they didn't, which was very unusual.

Then half an hour later, I went to another computer to finish my video because the computer I was using only allowed me 20 minutes. While I was watching the video, two different security guards walked over back and forth again quietly. They didn't show up when there was a problem, but they would show up when everything is peaceful.

By the time I checked a book out at the circulation desk, the security beeper went off just about the moment I walked out of the library.

Sound and color are always the favorite methods that ritual abusers used to harass their targets.

A victim of Organized Stalking and Mind Control Crime

I am a victim of ongoing mind control experiment, ritual abuse and conspiracy of secret section of the government. I was subjected to nonconsensual human mind control experimentation as part of conspiracy run by the secret section of government.

Since the end of 2004, the perpetrators behaved so irrational and advanced into the attacking stage from simply monitoring by putting me under covert surveillance 24/7 inside and outside of my home to physically assault me by using invisible technology. I have absolutely no privacy even in my own home including in the bathroom. I was derived of the constitutional rights we are entitled to as a private citizen, and the worst part had been the invasion of my mind through stalking and the high tech device.

For the past two years, I experienced constant verbal abuse, behavioral, psychological mind control abuse daily. They constantly used the hideous tactics of provoking and baiting in order to inflict mental distress, or infuriate me into violent action for the purpose to make arrest. They used rumors and slander as weapon to propaganda hate message against me. Puzzled and emotionally disturbed by this non-stop organized stalking and psychological harassment, I was compelled to do the research online, and found out that what happened to me was a hidden crime – both hate and racially motivated ‘Organized Crime’, a mind control experiment and a conspiracy that a few jealousy and vindictive individuals together with local extremist group, secret agencies and government gangsters plotted.

This crime didn't happen only to me, it happened to many innocent citizens all over the world. It is a crime against human rights and human dignity. It is designed to go secret, thus majority of the publics are still unaware. And the justice system doesn't have the laws and regulations to control the perpetrators' abusing the high technology.

This site is specifically created to expose this hidden crime and daily harassment activities done by extremist group and secret government agencies. It is time to expose them, their crime and their fascist deeds.

My TV Set VCR player has been sabotaged

Today I just found out that my TV set VCR player has been sabotaged. I can't use REW function to rerun the video. It has worked just fine last time when I used it, but not today. The perps always used symbolic or metaphoric way to express their meaning. They never say or tell things directly to me. This is a typical example of Mind Control tactic. I fully understand what they are trying to tell me through this sabotage action.

Today in the library, while I was watching Fahrenheit 9/11, two security guards came over to the area where I was sitting. There was no any sign of problem at that moment. There was no reason to see them at all. But this happened to me a lot wherever I went in the past 2 and half years, which formed a pattern of constant subtle harassment. I completely ignored them as the rest of the other people in the library.
